First time trying penske, because location was super close to me. I Needed a van, so I booked it in advance. Day before they called me saying if I really needed a van I would have to pick it up later, about 4 hrs later than expected. I said ok as I was flexible. Next day at the later time no van only box truck. It did not work for me. Upset as I already wasted my morning. I called asking when can I get a van. Remind you I was flexible so I asked for the next couple of days. They told me I can't because they are in high demand. I said forget it than. Next day I had a uhaul van waiting for me and it was 30% cheaper. Home depot staff was good, they understood. Maybe go here for box trucks only. Why over book when a customer puts a cc down, makes no sense. ~Luis

Great prices. Alternative brands are the same quality and taste as brand names, but lower prices. Many great beverages and cookies are unavailable elsewhere. Good quality produce. ~Judith

Corporate needs to do a better job at holding owners responsible. The current owner here Yasmine who has had 2 locations closed (howard and southport) does not like to pay her employees, give them their check stubs or w2's. There are multiple former employees that have not been paid or gotten their w2 since her businesses have closed. Who know how long this is going to stand. There needs to be something done to protect employers from scamming owners. And I have TONS of proof and will be posting it everywhere. We have contacted corporate who has yet to do anything. So the irs, labor department and city hall have all been in contact and are aware of what is going on. And there is another review from a former employer as well i see. Smh ~Mikhaela

Horrible customer service, had to go to a bank to help open a bank account for my mom, 1st chase bank had too many people and since it was 4:15pm they told me they have to open 2 accounts for people already waiting so didn't have time to open a 3rd account. Went to this location, absolutely empty, got there at 4:25 and they told me it takes 35 - 40 minutes to open an account so they couldn't do it because it would be after 5pm and they're already closed after that. Absolutely ridiculous, customer comes in and you cant try to open it in 35 minutes so you have to open it in 40 minutes and since its 5 minutes after you are finished its too much work for you where as the other chase bank by this time frame is staying behind until 5:20 or 5:30 just to please the customers and open an account. This location is a joke, I work from 8 to 6 and cant make it in time, my mom works all weekends so it doesn't work out and she has no one else to rely on, and the staff here cant even take 5 minutes extra or even try to finish opening my account in 35 minutes, I had my bank account opened at another location and it took 20 minutes... simply lazy workers who don't wanna work and don't care about anyone other than themselves. ~Ceejay

I’ve been having problems finding a local place to do a good job with my kids hair and this place nailed it. We had two stylists, showed each one a pic of what the kid wanted and they were able to do the exact same cut. Sounds simple but no one else seems to be able to do a simple faux hawk on our boys. It’s cheap too! ~Sameena

We decided to dine in on a Sunday afternoon. The place was a mess inside. Personal belongings such as purses and cell phones were right next to food being prepared. Soda dispenser had smears and lacked sanitation. The bathrooms were extremely neglected and unsanitary. The food came out mediocre. The fries were stale and barely warm. I had to ask for fresh ones which then had been overcooked. I won’t be coming back to this location. Pure disappointment. ~Arthur

I have a business checking and savings account with them for at least 10 years. I went to deposit change into the change machine (only 2nd time I ever have since banking here) when I went to redeem my cash I was told that I am not a customer that gets it free since I only have a business account not a personal account. She waived the fee, however this is the most ridiculous statement made to me. I am calling corporate headquarters to report that is is absolutely obsurd and if it’s even true. ~Nest

Have high quality smoking pipes at a very good price. Friendly environment. Very nice employees and very cleanly, my favorite liquor store! ~Jay

For money transfers, their exchange rate is horrible. I can save 15% or more by using other sources. ~Patrick
