Agree with most other reviews. A mainly digital branch. Is there value in that? Would be better advertised as a standalone ATM kind of thing.

Horrible customer service, had to go to a bank to help open a bank account for my mom, 1st chase bank had too many people and since it was 4:15pm they told me they have to open 2 accounts for people already waiting so didn't have time to open a 3rd account. Went to this location, absolutely empty, got there at 4:25 and they told me it takes 35 - 40 minutes to open an account so they couldn't do it because it would be after 5pm and they're already closed after that. Absolutely ridiculous, customer comes in and you cant try to open it in 35 minutes so you have to open it in 40 minutes and since its 5 minutes after you are finished its too much work for you where as the other chase bank by this time frame is staying behind until 5:20 or 5:30 just to please the customers and open an account. This location is a joke, I work from 8 to 6 and cant make it in time, my mom works all weekends so it doesn't work out and she has no one else to rely on, and the staff here cant even take 5 minutes extra or even try to finish opening my account in 35 minutes, I had my bank account opened at another location and it took 20 minutes... simply lazy workers who don't wanna work and don't care about anyone other than themselves.

It’s a “digital branch” and yet they still have two employees inside. Makes no sense. I can do anything a physical digital branch can do, but online. So useless.

Arrived saturday 20 min before their closing, and theres note on the door that this branch doesnt work. That completelly messed up my plan. Could have made to any other branch.

I come in here once a month to get a money order to pay rent. Every time I come in the staff always welcomes me! They’re all so amazing and sweet. They never rush me and they answer all my questions. I just went in today & Vic took care of me. He was so sweet and explained everything like it was my first visit. This is the only chase bank that I actually like going to because everyone is so friendly.

I'm a millennial and I hate this new digital branch. I don't understand what the point is of having a digital bank when you have the internet to do all the digital stuff...? You can do all the same stuff from an ATM. I drove to the larger branch down the street, but I'm considering getting rid of Chase all together, especially if changes like this are the future of the bank.

So called digital branch. No tellers, just people standing around teaching you how to use an ATM. It is supposed to be a branch, if I wanted to click on a screen, I wouldn't drive out here. I would just use the Chase app. Useless branch.

No more tellers! You must have debit card with you when you go to these so called Express banking locations, how annoying! I just moved my accounts to PNC! Thanks Chase! That was easy!
