The staff/managers at the Lemont Rd location are really great! Super helpful and made everything really easy. I just needed storage for a short time and they made sure I got the right size space for the best price. Kind of expensive but seemed to be the average when compared to other places in the area and this facility was always super clean and easy to access during regular business hours or after.

Once you sign a contract, they raise the price, ridiculously, almost every 6 months knowing it's easier to pay up than move all your stuff. Thief's!

Had a GREAT experience here - this CubeSmart location is by far the best storage facility I've ever used. The facility is clean, easy to access, climate-controlled, and it has a really nice, friendly vibe. Nate is truly a rare, humble, incredibly knowledgeable manager with a gift for connecting with people. He helped me think through elements of my move - even before I signed the contract. Jecel was incredible too - she went out of her way to help - and even called me a few times to make sure everything was going well. The entire process was really exceptional thanks to Nate and Jecel.

Excellent staff made both move-in and move-out as painless as possible. They were very accommodating, friendly and when there was any issues that came up, handled them very well. Liked the free use of a truck for move-in of our "stuff". Very clean, well lit and nice facility. Overall good experience and recommend to anyone looking for environmentally controlled storage
