The staff/managers at the Lemont Rd location are really great! Super helpful and made everything really easy. I just needed storage for a short time and they made sure I got the right size space for the best price. Kind of expensive but seemed to be the average when compared to other places in the area and this facility was always super clean and easy to access during regular business hours or after. ~Allison

"We don't know why our card processing is down." Did you call someone? "No, it usually just comes back online itself after a couple hours or so" That's how my visit to this gas station went, I ended up going further up the road to a station that was ACTUALLY operational. ~Steve

I stopped in there last week to get some help with one of my card accounts I was a bit frustrated but then I was greeted by Edward Sheehan he assured me he would take care of the issue and he did he also followed up with a phone call he was super professional and truly cared about my issue I appreciate he went the extra mile this is what great customer service is! ~C

This bank has the most unprofessional loan officers I have ever dealt with. Misquoted a loan by $150, did not communicate so had 2 separate appointments set up that were cancelled without notifying me. Worse service ever. Will travel to another brand if I have any business to conduct. Terrible communication skills and completely uncaring. ~Nancy

Thank you so much to all the staff here for taking such great care of my Ruby. This was one of the most difficult times of my life and knowing the amazing care she was getting really helped me through. Our baby is now home safe and back to her normal self. Although I've moved 30min away, I still take my dog here because I really like these vets. The place reminds me more of a human hospital, especially in regards to cleanliness, decor, and professionalism. They are open 24 hours for emergencies, and can see my dog the same day if I call about pink-eye or something like that, but my appointments are usually scheduled 2-3 days out. Additionally, while they're not shy about suggesting monthly medicines like lime-disease preventatives, the doctors seem to be careful not to recommend unnecessary treatments and tests that would cost me more. ~William

I went to drop a few letters in their mailbox before going in and the mail was literally crammed coming through the slot like the box was full and hadn’t been picked up in a year. Have NEVER seen anything like it. Instead of driving off like I should have I went in to drop off labeled online return packages. It’s been over a week and there’s no evidence of the packages having been dropped off much less shipped. I am a hundred percent sure this will end up a claim I’m going to have to make. Avoid this place. There are post offices in every town… ~Toni
