I stopped in there last week to get some help with one of my card accounts I was a bit frustrated but then I was greeted by Edward Sheehan he assured me he would take care of the issue and he did he also followed up with a phone call he was super professional and truly cared about my issue I appreciate he went the extra mile this is what great customer service is!

I made a withdrawal from the teller, of 100$ in $1 bills today afternoon. I trusted them blindly and never counted the cash. When I got home I counted to find 99 dollar bills instead of 100. Can't prove it because of my own stupidity but I would advise everyone else to be careful and count the money right in front of the teller. A dollar won't hurt me but karma will eat a 100 from your pocket when your time is up. Cheating hard working people is the biggest sin you could ever commit.
