I refuse to give anyone a bad review, especially this place because they’ve gotten my order right every other time. I also think that when I went in, they were understaffed. I ordered a caramel chiller and was given a cookies and cream one. When I went to ask if perhaps I had been given another order( even though she called out a caramel chiller) the girl, who was super sweet, told me that it was just the way the caramel one was made. It sucks a bit because I payed $8 for a drink that I threw away.

The employees are friendly and helpful. The London fog latte is delicious. Also, their pumpkin latte (seasonal) is way better tasting than Starbucks.

Ordered a mocha ice coffee. Whip cream and chocolate syrup. Not bad, not over the top. Pastries looked good too. Mall crowded, but there wasn't too many people in there.
