There's no better Aldi to visit in the general area than this location at Chicago Ridge Mall. It has positively earned the nickname Maldi for the great and patient staff, and clean, well stocked store. The lines can be long during high traffic hours, but that's to be expected at any Aldi location. Just try to avoid rush. ~C.D.

Slightly larger store than usual. A pretty good selection of items I hadn't seen in smaller places. Clean and organized layout with less snack and food items in exchange for more item options. Quite a few items are over $5 but there's also more stuff. ~Grolem

Excellent neighborhood with a fast Rx refill time. Their pharmacist are pleasant and recognize their customers. They always have the prescription for you and if not they will have in short order. ~John

Wow. This is one place I will never return to. Unless you're in front of the person at checkout, you're ignored. So I waited in line TO ASK A STOCK QUESTION. Was told where to find it. Nope, not there. But there were two employees stocking shelves - who made it a point of not making eye contact and ignoring me, even when I asked a question. Back in line to wait to ask a simple question. The two who were stocking walked towards the registers so I stood in their way and asked my question. "It's behind the counter." Counter guy: "No it's not." Took 10 more minutes, but yes it was. They pull it for me, but there's no info on the package. They can't/will not help. So I go online to look it up. He moves to take care of another customer because I may be a while. I find the info, tell him I'll take it. "When I'm done here." Other person at the counter rings up SEVEN people - all while I'm making it a point that I am still waiting. The other guy? He's now waited on FOUR more people and is again ignoring me. I finally walked out and bought it on Amazon. ~Rick

I have had such a wonderful experience at this location! Carla is amazing! She was super kind, patient, and helpful. She explained everything quickly and efficiently and gave me a tour. I have two storage spaces here; the first time I arrived she walked me through everything even though I had gotten there almost at office closing time. With my second storage unit, she helped me by switching out my lock with no questions asked. The storage facility is also super nice, clean, safe, and secure. ~Becks

Penske Chicago Ridge is by far the best place to do business. I have bought over 30 trucks from Penske over the years from multiple locations yet this one sticks out of the crowd. Their professionalism and consideration to the customer is second to none. I highly recommend doing your business here. Make sure to ask for Carlee! She is the absolute best! ~Matthew
