Bigger black woman and man with long dreads both need to be fired the most rudest and unpleasant workers very unclear on instructions and wait in the room forever talking before channing you or and check in 3-4 trucks before going to the other side like its done on purpose with people they don't like I will be making sure something is done to correct this before coming back here. Do not come here with low drive time nexus they absolutely do not care

Be prepared to pass half of your day to get unloaded here, it doesn’t matter if you have an appointment, it’s just their way of working

Was told my appt time was 0800, took awhile to get in, when ro get my loaded trailer, was told to come back at noon. Came back at noon & was told they was just starting to load my trailer so to come back at 1400. Came back at 1400 & it took em awhile cause they was doing a shift change. Didn't leave til after 1500

This place is a joke, was sent to the wrong door twice for check-in.. should of been a pre-loaded trailer but they loaded the wrong trailer was a big waste of 2hrs

Went to deliver a load. Get sent to one door. Wrong door, they send me to another door. Wrong door. Multiple times driving around being told to go somewhere else. Then, when I went to pick up, they tried the same thing. "Go to door," I said I'm leaving. I ain't playing these games all day.

This D.C. is in Joliet, il. Chicagoland people like New Yorkers and Atlanta people are just more arrogant than non city folks. City people have an attitude and this DC is subject to this. Don't bring an attitude. You will regret it.

Overwhelmed Security Guards, slow process to get checked in and out. Frustrated Truck Drivers cutting each other off adding to more chaos. Terrible.
