This is absolutely my favorite branch. I do like the one in New Lenox as well. I have gone there for years. Very good service. But I must say the one on Midland. Has great personal Bankers Guadalupe is so helpful. She knows. The people she serves I can call her on the phone and she knows exactly who I am just by my place. She says hello Ericka. Which you would think isn't much. But it's extremely important to me.. So to all the BMO workers!! You are appreciated! My identity was stolen black Friday and when i tell u they were on top of it. Bigger black woman and man with long dreads both need to be fired the most rudest and unpleasant workers very unclear on instructions and wait in the room forever talking before channing you or and check in 3-4 trucks before going to the other side like its done on purpose with people they don't like I will be making sure something is done to correct this before coming back here. Opened a business account with this bank. The service fee caused the account to over draft. It's extremely crooked to keep charging the account overdraft fees on your service fees. I will never EVER open an account with first midwest bank. Attempted to contact the person who opened my account multiple times. No follow up call. Attempted to contact the bank manager. No follow up call. The representative of their collections department stated that I refused to speak to someone at the bank (while during those calls I kept asking for them to transfer me over to someone at the branch whom can help). First midwest has lost all credibility and will not trust my money with them due to these lazy and unethical business practices. Joliet tire & auto If these overdraft fees are not waived. I will leave this review on your Yelp, Facebook and every other place where I can leave a review. I still can't believe that being overdrafted by your service fee allows you to charge over 190$ in over draft fees. To put this into perspective. -$5 will cost you over 200$. Which is roughly 40 times the debt! ~Mookdad

Went to the BOA at Joliet to make a cash deposit and was turned away because the only cashier that showed up went to lunch. Very disappointed, one of the biggest banks in America and no cashier to take care of its customers. Will be looking at other competitors to make a change. It's time to break away from the big corporations and go local! ~juan

My mom has been using this for about 8 years and I recently opened my account with them since I started working. The tellers are always very helpful and sweet. They understand that going to the bank sucks so they always try to make me laugh whenever I'm there. ~Elena

Stopped in to get some chicken for dinner. 3 people working in deli, deli manager chatting out front. No numbers in machine 6 people show up and nobody tries to help the only 2 people actually working back there. One employee slicing meat to put out in the case, hey here's an idea stop what your doing and help get the line down. Finally get waited on and order 8 piece fried chicken meal get home and open bag and it's got 3 wings and 3 legs in it. Should be 2 of each piece. Should have went to Tony's. Next time I will. ~Mike

We never got greeted,the store was a hurricane mess. The associate that walked through the store never bothered to asked if we needed help and then when we checked out , she didn't bother to smile or ask how things were going.She was making fun of the old man who couldn't find the soap instead of asking someone to help him,she laughed and said maybe he just can't reach or can't see it. Not nice at all. Karla maybe the dollar tree isnt for you but at least be kind,it doesn't hurt anyone. Shop at the Tree on Jefferson instead,thats where we are headed to find vaccuum sealed bags. ~Lisa
