Employees were abrupt and rude. Very poor customer service at this location. Three women behind the counter chatting and it took too much effort to get their attention for assistance. Once I did it was obvious I had disturbed their time.

I hate the new employees working there ever since 2016. I have to always drive all the way to Romeoville to get good customer service. They always have long lines, never answer the phone and the ladies have nasty attitudes. Bring back the old crew. Been banking with them since 2007.

My mom has been using this for about 8 years and I recently opened my account with them since I started working. The tellers are always very helpful and sweet. They understand that going to the bank sucks so they always try to make me laugh whenever I'm there.

Al ways have to wait forever to cash anything, employees always look like they just woke up. And for some Reason there's a secret Room and back where 3 employees are at all times and only one employee is cashing customers checks. Closing my account, moved to chase, you should also.

i like this bank,i opened the 2nd chance checking account,i dont like tht i get charge a fee every month for this type of account, but they gave me one so im grateful. they cash my checks,without a hassle :) The tellers,answer any ?s i have either over the phone or in person. im extremely happy..i wouldnt download their app.

The staff are great here but the lines can be terrible. There's always some scrub in front of the line trying to get his 3.50 that was deducted in fees. They take 30 minutes to realize that they aren't getting that fee back.
