The manager there is very unprofessional very ignorant and very loud yelling at all the employees in front of everyone there was a line of people all the way back to the store and all she could do is scream at the employees and yell that she didnt care she was leaving at a certain time and that’s it!!!!! Yelling at an 80 year employee that he was going to slow ummm last time I check you didn’t treat your employees like that in front of the customers she definitely needs to be demoted or better yet let go!!!! She definitely isnt happy with her job!!!!! Loud and ignorant!!!!! ~Joanna

The teamlead Karen is racist and treats and talks about customers with no respect. No filter at all. She has made assumptions about about Mexicans, and African Americans. Behind doors she is a whole different person. She claimed African Americans just go in to steal, and Mexicans are broke and want everything for free. Sandy the manager is her bestie and acts the same. Get them fired asap! ~DrawHolic

Ross is one of my go to's for office/professional clothes. Since they offer such a variety for selections for most budgets, I get great deals on amazing outfits no matter which store I visit! (I only gave 4 stars because the Ross stores STILL have the fitting rooms blocked off when many other places have theirs opened up. I know things are difficult right now to sanitize etc, but clearly other places manage it. You could offer supplies for the customers like Planet Fitness does. We all are on board with this and everyone does their part.) I've had multiple bad experiences with Lenore at this location. Sadly she's the only non-teller who is consistently present and this is the only location near me that can cut a new debit card same day. Anything not written on the laminated card behind her desk is beyond her grasp and customer service is nil. Old Plank Trail - please make new debit cards available at your Shorewood location and spare your customers this grief. ~Louis

Always love shopping at Goodwill. It's getting to be overpriced though and I look less and less forward to shipping their because of this. I mean, jeez, the items are donated. It's crazy asking retail. ~Shane

They stink as a banking institution. I withdrew chunk of cash and they asked what for, what do I do for a living, what company do I work for? It's my money! I tried to withdrawal 5 thousand once and they only had 700 dollars. They have plenty of locations, but a lot are just ATMs inside a building. If you try to call to see if it's an actual bank (instead of driving around all day in search of a bank that has money) then the call is sent to a customer service center and you have to enter a bunch of information and navigate menus to FINALLY talk to a person. then tell them the name of a city. That city has 4 locations which one do I want? Well probably the one I called... Or whichever one actually has 5000 dollars... "Oh, sorry no banks are answering the phone. You'll have to call back later" ~Dylan
