The store needs updating, organization, bathrooms were horrible, floor employees lack personality. Needs improvement.

Always love shopping at Goodwill. It's getting to be overpriced though and I look less and less forward to shipping their because of this. I mean, jeez, the items are donated. It's crazy asking retail.

This and other Goodwill stores stopped taking large and small furniture items! To me , that policy seems to be affecting other donations which would probably be coming in if they took ALL items!

I cannot wear a mask. Never asked me why. Employee was rude and told me I could not check out unless I have a mask. Mind you, I had been in the store for a whole 39 minutes before this exchange. Also, this store does not deliver, what choice did I have. Not friendly and not stated on door that service would not be provided if a mask was not worn. Also, I have bought from this store before without a mask and was never treated this way. Be compassionate and ask people why before you publical embarrass people and they have to leave with nothing.

This store was nice and clean and not many shoppers early in the morning. We seem to find nice stuff for our office here. We feel better getting it from here because its reused or repurposed and less packaging/less waste.

I went to Goodwill to donate some items that I no longer needed. I pulled up and a young man immediately came out to assist me with my items. He helped unload my vehicle and put the items into a big blue bin. He was very quick and polite. Very professional. Thank you.

The store was pretty clean and very well stocked. I had gone in looking for a couple very specific items in specific sizes, which they didn't have, which is not a problem, I'm expecting a little bit of a challenge. But the store was very well stocked and organized. It just seems the prices of goodwill are a little higher than other resale stores which is turning me away from Goodwill Stores.
