It's a good store for some good merchandise you can find good stuff for low prices the people are nice real helping and polite it's really service with a smile.

This used to be my favorite Goodwill store. Prices are going through the roof. Example: NO LIE ....a simple 3 ft cherry wood jewelry armoire $50!!! Outrageous!! I noticed this store has a boat load of art. Not selling because everything is over priced. I stopped shopping the Salvation Army because they went retail w.their prices. Goodwill; may I remind you " you are selling USED goods NOT new!"

HORRIBLE SERVICE. To the person working at Lemont Goodwil at 5:40 on dec 12, 2020. No one came out to help us out at first then a guy comes out and yells at us to stay in our car, then proceeds to start yanking everything out of our car and scratches the inside. There isn’t even a place I could file a complaint at on the goodwill website either. Very rude. VERY rude.

One of my favorite retail therapy stores, I can always find something that I like. Who wants to pay full price for a pair of jeans when you can get a perfectly good pair for $5?? Always clean and organized and the staff is just great.

LOVE LOVE LOVE This is always my favorite location. The staff here is an absolute pleasure to deal with. No matter what is going on I always go in and shop and they never fail to deliver. The staff is always pleasant and fun to talk to and ia very reasonable and fair. Prices are normal but you aly for quality and I have never once bought an item that was damaged beyond what you expect from a thrift store. This is definitely a hidden gem store. Can't wait to finally come back. They have become a little like a family to me. Thank you guys!

This is my favorite Goodwill store. It's always very clean and well organized it smells pleasent. They have a wonderful selection of items and clothing, and some of the clothing is brand name and their prices are exceptionally reasonable. I highly recommend this store. The staff is always extremely helpful and pleasant and easy to work with.
