Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service. I came in because I was very overdue for an oil and air filter change and my engine light had come on and I hoped that was the issue. Didn't really know if that would help, but one of the technician said that it might so that was helpful. Turned out it did go off later that day. I was grateful for the info. ~Kathy

Archaic return policy (all sales final pretty much), better off shopping on Amazon or Menards unless you're 100% certain it's what you need. Bought a laser measure (ace only had one type in stock) up to 65'. Turns out my basement is longer than that so i had to buy another laser online. Ace refused to help or take the return even though no signs in the store stating their policy. Needless to say I'll just take the extra 5 minutes next time and go to Menards. ~Konrad

I went here per recommendation from a friend and I haven’t gone anywhere else since. You take your car there with an issue and they get right down to figuring out what it is, they explain the issue to you so you know what you’re getting into. Awesome service. ~Micheal

This Homegoods is by far the most organized and had the largest selection of holiday decor I have ever seen. Loved it! This store is large, plenty of room to walk around in the aisles. ~none

Called and scheduled an appointment. Got me in 2 days later. Called to give me estimated time and price. Said I probably wouldn't get car back till next day because of parts. Called back late in day. Car ready. I was surprised. Had exhaust issues after a pass through unsuspecting water in roadway with pothole. Anyways car done. Seemed pricey... but got me done earlier than planned and seemed good to deal with. Good 1st experience. ~Roger

I stood in line 10 min or more, just one teller working the counter. There were 3 persons sitting at desks, with no customers, didn't help. Then a man comes in behind me carrying numerous envelopes (probably business deposits). the Lone teller finally frees up for me. Then one of the Desk People gets up, goes behind the counter to help the man with the envelopes! This ticks me of!!!! Now we SELECT who we're gonna help! Then my girl needs help, and the person that came in after me, Now gets waited on first! Customer service stinks at Chase Lemont! ~Kathleen
