I stood in line 10 min or more, just one teller working the counter. There were 3 persons sitting at desks, with no customers, didn't help. Then a man comes in behind me carrying numerous envelopes (probably business deposits). the Lone teller finally frees up for me. Then one of the Desk People gets up, goes behind the counter to help the man with the envelopes! This ticks me of!!!! Now we SELECT who we're gonna help! Then my girl needs help, and the person that came in after me, Now gets waited on first! Customer service stinks at Chase Lemont!

Once you are in the bank and working with people, they are great. The issue is they never pick up the phone there. They need like a clerk that will answer the calls and direct them to people. Someone who greets you when you come in. Very frustrating trying to set up any type of appointment or get your question answered over the phone. You basically have to walk into the branch each time you have an issue...an issue that likely could have been resolved over the phone.
