The guy, I believe, an old white male with glasses, possibly" brian" wearing a Wawa uniform doing some maintenance, didn't hold the door for the customer behind him. That's not the Wawa way. That's probably the only place in the Philadelphia area where people extend the courtesy. That's the only thing we have left in Abington/Jenkintown.

Avoid this Wawa at all costs! They have some maniac in the parking lot doing Michael Jackson impressions and hustling the customers. STAY AWAY!

I was never treated in such a manner. I was told that if I was paying credit to go to self serve. People of a different shade of skin from mine weren’t told the same. And when I addressed that I wanted to buy tobacco I should have said something. Regardless I should have been taken at the register after waiting in line like everyone else. When will people see a person for being a person rather than skin color? Never again!

On 8/10/22, I purchased two breakfast orders. One order of waffles and bacon from Store #8071 in zip code 19462. I shop here weekly enroute to a client meeting. The order was mostly black and burnt to a crisp. Totally unedible. Today, 8/11/22, I'm in zip code 19046 for a weekly allergy shot. I tried to return the horrible meal to the Wawa at 816 Old York Road which is directly across the street from my allergist. The manager Shannon, whose badge said, "training manager" stated that she was the manager, when I asked for a higher ranking manager (i.e. her manager) she then stated that she was actually the General Manager, and no one was above her. I totally get how businesses, and even WAWA are struggling to locate and hire staff. Unfortunately, hiring a rude, flippant, gum popping, warm body, isn't the solution. Today's experience is much less than I expected from WAWA. Shannon, Manager in Training, must have missed the Customer Service training module because she never even offered apologies but just promptly stated that she cannot accept merchandise from another store. These 2 WAWA's are an hour away from each other. I live an hour away from both of these WAWA's. After I made a fuss, she looked at my receipt and offered to remake the waffles. Its currently lunchtime and as a diabetic, I do not eat waffles. Her rude, couldn't be bothered attitude, just handed me back my receipt and said I'd have to return the food back to the WAWA store of origin. I asked if the store of origin was a few hours/states away, what option would I have. Over her shoulder and as she was walking away, she blurted out that, "I would need to travel a few hours/states away to have 'that' store address the issue. Courtesy and service go hand and hand. Worst experience today at Wawa I have ordered two toasted bagels with cream cheese. No surprises when I realized that there is almost no cream cheese on it but just a vague trace . Asked the manager what’s going on and she told me that’s okay, she doesn’t like to much cream cheese on her bagels and if I want a side of cream cheese. Probably to prep my own sandwich while I’m driving

Store is clean and hoagies are fresh. The staff is very friendly. I stopped in today for a sandwich and soda. I noticed some new faces, I didn’t see my favorite Terrell. He’s very nice and always makes me laugh. I love this store

Wawa on 309 and limekiln pike is way better. Can’t make handcrafted beverages right. Had to go to another wawa to get my order fixed.

I ordered a 24 oz frozen chai and a 16 oz hot chai and this is what I received. They can’t even make a drink correctly, I then had to wait for the manager and he remade the drinks for me. When the manager gave me my drinks I asked him why they weren’t made correctly the first time and his response was a shoulder shrug. Wasted my time and couldn’t even get an apologize.

This use to be my favorite Wawa however it’s not anymore. The staff is doesn’t do their job. Unless the general manager of older manager is there the kiosks drink machine is manually turned off because the staff is to lazy to make the drinks. The bathrooms aren’t as clean as they use to be. And most importantly they allow customers in the store without face mask not follow social distance instructions. The night shift is unprofessional & unproductive. They also block off the bathrooms for 4-5 hours between 1-5/6am but the store is 24/7 hours. I won’t be coming here anymore.
