Try to transfer my prescriptions there, the pharmacist and the tech had my insurance card for a total of 18 minutes before telling me that they couldn't accept it which is not true as it's Blue Cross. Dust and dirt throughout the entire store, pharmacy area looked like it was last vacuumed pre-pandemic, icing on top of the cake was when the store manager and pharmacist got into a shouting match in front of me and other customers. No reason to go back, definitely not what I expect from Walgreens.

This Walgreens location needs a great deal of help. A lot of the shelves were not stocked in many areas of the store. However, there were containers and boxes throughout the store, in the aisles and at the end of the aisles. Why isn’t the merchandise out? The store needs a cleaning. The floor was very dirty. There were sticky spots. The cashiers were not interested in working, rather they were interested in telling stories of their lives to one another. I had to leave. Their profanity was unprofessional.

As a patient suffering from migraine headaches, I had to sit on hold for over 30 minutes to ask questions about my prescription. I received a text and a voice recording saying the prescription was out of stock. In the past the pharmacist would call other stores to see if they have it or offer a partial script. This did not happen. In fact, they said they would not offer a partial script. I had to drive in pain, in my pj's, to talk to someone since they kept me on hold forever! I was told they were busy with covid testing but when I arrived there was only one patient in the waiting room and 3 staff. I walked into the pharmacy carrying my phone STILL on hold. Patients should not have to go through while suffering from a chronic illness. There was no care or concern.

I called to refill a prescription. I waited 30 minutes to get ahold of someone. When someone finally answered, they asked what I needed and I told them. They then put me on hold for 45 minutes and then hung up after the 6th time it tried to reconnect me. At least I didn’t need it today :/

I recently made a purchase of their same day photo print for Christmas greeting cards. After I submitted my order, we noticed an issue with the photo. The greeting cards were picked up and the issue was edited by Walgreens! We were so happy that they had the attention to detail and made the edits before printing 80 greeting cards!!! I can thankfully say that my family won’t become a meme this year for our Christmas card photo!

Waited in drive thru line for COVID PCR for almost 30 minutes WITH AN APPONTMENT… no signage, no movement, no explanation. Don’t waste your time getting Swabbed here… go to the Montco community test site with no line right down the road.

GOOD JOB, WALGREEN’S... Today, April 15, 2020, Walgreen’s staff shopped for me, a small list, and handed items to me through the Drive-through window. I am considered high risk and cannot go into store. CVS said they would not do this. Said they would only handle prescriptions. Good job WALGREEN’S! Very grateful.

The pharmacist was phenomenally rude and uninformed and unhelpful. We only came over because the Walgreens at Yorktown plaza did not have my wife’s heart medication and we will never come back. Love the pharmacy staff at the other Walgreens. This man needs to take a lesson from them.

the person answering the phone is super rude. I do not know how health care works with insurance and was asked by my doctor for them to call and he was so ignorant towards me. yes I understand it gets busy but so do doctors offices and the urgent care as more then friendly and helpful

I was here at this Walgreens location in Jenkintown PA,19046. my wife went in to take her passports photo. after the picture taking the manager who take picture show her the picture that she just took. my wife ask the manager that she didn't like it and want to retake it again before she print the picture out but the manager just ignore my wife request and print the picture out and make her pay for the picture that she wasn't happy with plus on the same visits I was there too. I went in to buy some cigarettes. I saw there were a new electric cigarettes so I ask the casher for that one too. I pay in "cash" for cigarettes and electric cigarettes. after I done pay for it I walk back to my car and look at the electric cigarettes that I just pay for it was a refill version not the one that I wanted so I walk right back to return it. the casher who I just pay to said I have to take this to the manager to make the return. the manager took the item to back of the store for like 5-10min and she came back and tell me that she cant give me my "cash" back but she can give me a store credit or just keep the item as is. this wasn't much of a choice. so I took the store credit after it was done I walk back to the casher to buy the right electric cigarettes. so I just use the store credit that I just got the manager to pay for it but the casher tell that the computer will not let me use the store credit. the casher call the manager to talk to me and she say was that it the Walgreen policy. if I not happy with that than I can call the Walgreens offices. I mean look the manager did this knowingly that I going to buy the cigarettes.So what happen is I pay for a item in cash but cant return it back in cash even when the item is unopened and wont let my wife retake the picture before print. cant buy a cigarettes with a store credit. and the word that the manager use that got me very upset is that "if you not happy with that you take it up with the corporation offices. I guess this is how Walgreens take care it customer. I was very disappoint because I choose Walgreens over CVS that just open next door.
