Not to long ago I had to go in for a minor surgery and sent my prescriptions there. Only 4 of them and they were $175. I didn't get out til the next day and it was late so their pharmacy was closing. Following Monday I tried to call and transfery prescription to a cheaper pharmacy that's open later and was on hold for 2 straight hours. Then today another hours and a half with no one in front of me in the hold line. This is by far the single worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with and I am never dealing with this store again! EVER!

This pharmacy is always working hard and seems to be under staffed like every other place right now. Which is not their fault. But the people there are always working hard and are always very nice. I have been there a couple times when customers are treating them badly and yelling at them and no matter what people don't deserve to be yelled at like that, and I think that people in Fort Smith need to stop acting like trash and be a little nicer to people if they want them to be nice to them :)

This is absolutely the WORST pharmacy I have ever experienced in my life. Spent a total of 2 hours here yesterday waiting for prescriptions to be filled and they closed before they finished. Came back today after 3 pm and they STILL don't have it finished.

When my prescription transferred from greenwood they wouldn't fill, transfer or reverse my prescription so I could get it filled ANYWHERE. I had to do without for over a week. And when I called the lady was RUDE saying they couldn't do anything for me. Had an attitude like I was doing something wrong asking for my medicine!! Wouldn't take blame they messed up. Finally after a week of talking to them they must have done (what they said they couldn't do) because the nice people at health depot #3 filled my prescription. Never ever using walgreens on zero. Worst customer service. You don't be rude to your customers. Get a new job lady.

I honestly don't see how this pharmacy is still open. Every time I tried to refill my monthly prescriptions, there's always some sort of delay for no apparent reason when it's all said and done. They're hardly ever open since the covid mess. Nothing like they used to be. Take you needs to any other pharmacy. Wal mart next door is much much better. If I could've given no stars I would've. Currently still on hold for iver 30 mins at the moment with no callers before me for 25 mins or more. Ridiculous

Wife is on a 28 day supply with her meds...she called in on 28th day .the pharmacist said she won't refill until ,a day later! Guess she is supposed to run out before a refill..second the pharmacist told her if she didn't like it she can just go to another pharmacy! Wonder if this is corporates policy???

Pharmacy staff not professional at all. Waited at counter 20 minutes before one of the five acknowledged me. And that was only half way saying someone would be with me in a mumbled voice in passing. In counter staff very short and rude when speaking. Do not recommend. So many other places to use.

I have been using this pharmacy for 5 years, and today is the day I move my business to another pharmacy. The pharmacy is closed on a Tuesday, which is my only day off besides Sunday, which this pharmacy is now closed on as well. I get it, there's a global pandemic going on, but I've been out of my medication for four days. I work 40 miles away, and I am not off by the time this pharmacy closes, which is 6 pm. I cannot recommend this pharmacy any longer, unless of course you can accept inconsistency and random closings with no notification, then this pharmacy is for you.

Pharmacy staff was great. But the pharmacy closed without notice suddenly for 2 weeks. I could not get my critical heart medication. The mgr said it was because of covid, but it is actually because they fired their pharmacy staff for vaccine hesitancy! Unbelievable and irresponsible of Walgreens to do this. I support their staff, but this is an evil corporation that I will no longer rely on for my critical meds. Looking for an independent pharmacy

Easy friendly convenient shopping. The current managers here are mediocre. I would say one of their BEST manager, unfortunately no longer work here. She was very sweet and kind. I remember having issues in the pharmacy she was able to take responsibility for the issues presented as well as every issue her team members encounter. She was focus on resolving both mine and the team member issues with solid empathy and efficiency. It’s not easy when you have a lot of sick and unhappy patients, but she was a very solid manager. I remember noticing her dealing with a difficult customer in the front, coupon issues, I believe. She handled it with great communication, even though she was threatened, she maintained her composure, was able to managed the conflict, and showed sympathy towards her team. Very interesting and intelligent young lady. I believe she was Asian American, her name is Poury. I would have given it 5 stars, but she no longer work here!
