8 Best convenience store in Fort Smith, Arkansas (AR) 2024

When my prescription transferred from greenwood they wouldn't fill, transfer or reverse my prescription so I could get it filled ANYWHERE. I had to do without for over a week. And when I called the lady was RUDE saying they couldn't do anything for me. Had an attitude like I was doing something wrong asking for my medicine!! Wouldn't take blame they messed up. Finally after a week of talking to them they must have done (what they said they couldn't do) because the nice people at health depot #3 filled my prescription. Never ever using walgreens on zero. Worst customer service. You don't be rude to your customers. Get a new job lady. ~Tonya

The general manager of this store is very shadey. He does not know how to be a good manager. He will be defamatory towards employees he doesn't like. He will say a person has lost their time card so he can cheat people out of a paycheck. I would stay away from any store he runs. He runs the one on Zero and the one on HWY 271 in Fort Smith, AR. ~Julia

This particular spot is alright. Just a drive, get your gas, and go. What else could be in this review? Well, the pumps were pretty dirty, which makes sense, but you really do need to throw some glove on when filling up. I'd recommend a good wash and you're good. After visiting this spot, I definitely will be keeping gloves in the car for gas fillups from now on. Otherwise, staff was quick and not dragging their feet. So, It was an a little above average gas stop. ~professionalpiercer

Great place for eeeeeverything: pizza (Godfather's), FRESH salads and bakery, chicken wings, Boar's fanatic restaurant inside as well, I love the smoothie, shake & protein machine, variety of fresh lunch &dinner options (burritos, macNcheese,etc.💯 💯 ~Lele

I will never return. Prices too high, run down, always out of what I like. That was all until today I went in for a two liter. One of the cashiers was talking to a friend in the front. She looked right at me as I waited at the counter. Never even considered helping me. The one behind the counter ignored me also. I waited a minute or two and left. DO NOT GO!!! ~Torger

I have to give this store a 5!!! If I could give it more I would because this is the cleanest store I've ever been in. But the other OUTSTANDING thing about it is that I can shop freely because the merchandise is actually on the SHELF and not strung out on the floor!!! I hate shopping at the OTHER stores for that reason! The first time I went to this location I was in shock because it was well stocked clean and organized!!! I hope nothing changes about this location because it is my go to store. 💜💜💜💜💜 Hats off to the manager of this location. ~Ginger

If I could give less then one star I would. This place is DISGUSTING. This is the third time I have been in here and it is the same every time. As the employees are on their phones talking to their friends, the store is an absolute cluttered and dirty place. This needs new management and a new staff completely. Even the hand basket had a such a thick layer of dirt inside of it. ~keirston
