Best party store in Fort Smith, Arkansas (AR) 2024

Very clean store with plenty of interesting products that were well organized and displayed. Most refreshingly, the two lovely ladies behind the counter, Robin and Liz, were very courteous and helped me find the perfect gift for my partner and I to enjoy together for the best price. They were extremely knowledgeable and dignified, making me feel as comfortable and casual shopping here as any grocrie store -- if not more so. Robin and Liz have definitely earned two lifelong customers of my partner and I today, and I highly recommend this store for the customer service alone. ~Saladkun

I frequent this location & most of the staff recognize me due to my service dog. I am a disabled veteran. On my last trip the incompetent, disrespect & downright ignorant MANAGER made fun of me as I was leaving. When I questioned her at the door she said for me to not come back. There's nothing else for me to say. ~K

I have to give this store a 5!!! If I could give it more I would because this is the cleanest store I've ever been in. But the other OUTSTANDING thing about it is that I can shop freely because the merchandise is actually on the SHELF and not strung out on the floor!!! I hate shopping at the OTHER stores for that reason! The first time I went to this location I was in shock because it was well stocked clean and organized!!! I hope nothing changes about this location because it is my go to store. 💜💜💜💜💜 Hats off to the manager of this location. ~Ginger

If I could give less then one star I would. This place is DISGUSTING. This is the third time I have been in here and it is the same every time. As the employees are on their phones talking to their friends, the store is an absolute cluttered and dirty place. This needs new management and a new staff completely. Even the hand basket had a such a thick layer of dirt inside of it. ~keirston
