Great selection and helpful staff. I go here quite often even though I don't sew OR craft. I have purchased vinyl for seat reupholstering, bottom liner for furniture, paint for touchups and more. The staff are very knowledgeable and can help with product suggestions if you're not quite sure what you need. ~Jerri

I frequent this location & most of the staff recognize me due to my service dog. I am a disabled veteran. On my last trip the incompetent, disrespect & downright ignorant MANAGER made fun of me as I was leaving. When I questioned her at the door she said for me to not come back. There's nothing else for me to say. ~K
