The teamlead Karen is racist and treats and talks about customers with no respect. No filter at all. She has made assumptions about about Mexicans, and African Americans. Behind doors she is a whole different person. She claimed African Americans just go in to steal, and Mexicans are broke and want everything for free. Sandy the manager is her bestie and acts the same. Get them fired asap!

I had the worst experience at this Walgreens on Jefferson St. I just came in to get my mother her booster. Appt was 12:30 pm. We made it there at 12:10 pm and we're still waiting at 12:50 pm. Plenty of workers back there. This is RIDICULOUS!!!!! ONLY ONE GIVING MODERNA.

Worse pharmacy ever. If your insurance doesn’t cover it they don’t call you to tell you that it’s not being covered or that you can transfer it to a different pharmacy like CVS. They just let it be unless you go in again and ask yourself.

I set a pickup date for my prescription for 4 days out. Their auto dialer started calling me that day telling me my prescription was ready. It called me the next day, the day after that, etc. on Sunday a very nasty lady called me to tell me my prescription had been ready and waiting for a week. I let her know I was working and that I didn't ask them to fill it a week ago and told her when I asked for pickup. I'm going elsewhere.
