Can’t say enough positive things about my family’s recent experience applying for a passport for our newborn here at the Montague Post Office. The post office employee who helped us went out of his way to accommodate us and our infant, who on multiple attempts just flatly refused to open her eyes for her passport photos! None of the suspected roadblocks to a successful passport application submission could get in this employee’s way! This post office has their act together — Kind employees, quick and professional service — even in this age of coronavirus precautions too! Many thanks for your service!

Be sure to ring the bell if there’s no one there. I didn’t see it at first. The lady that helped me was very friendly, helpful and informative about my shipping options. It was an easy transaction. Thank you!

I have a Marine in CA and from time to time I send him care packages. I’ve dealt with the same extremely rude female post office worker more than once now, and today was the worst. Every time I go in there I have to wait, and eventually I ring the bell. I can hear her gossiping and complaining in the back but she sure takes her time coming out. I will not deal with this anymore, I will drive to Whitehall to send packages!

It is almost impossible to get attentive service at this location! My family owns a Buisness located on the same street and they continue to deliver authorized mail when we are closed. If you plan to use this location give yourself plenty of time to wait in the lobby as the workers ignore you from the back of the building. don’t bother ringing the bell as it doesn’t help you get service faster.

Worst post office ever!!! Our mail box was hit by one of their drivers on July 6.... Troy (Post Master) said the mail box will be replaced 7-10 days. WELL it’s been more than that. It’s now August 23 and still don’t even have a mail box. To even have mail put into.

Told Amazon two days in a row they tried to deliver a package but couldn't get into building. Actually, they never tried. Building was open and staff have been present as evidenced by cars in parking lot.

24/7 lobby has a drop box you can fit a priority envelope in. Open while the Whitehall office is at lunch.
