These guys were extremely helpful with a new bow purchase I made two weeks ago. Very knowledgeable of their products, and one of the bow techs (Larry) even came in on his day off to get my bow set up. The next week, I went back to get some tuning things worked out, and again, above and beyond service. Larry again stayed after to help me finish getting dialed in. They have a great fishing selection, and archery selection. Shop was very organized, and I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. Highly recommend. Shop local!

Crossbow string broke during practice the day before leaving on western hunt. Went to Great Outdoors to see about emergency repair. Speaking with Mitch my opportunity to have repaired in time to leave next morning just not going to work. He said “ give me a minute” Mitch returned with new crossbow identical to mine. “Take this one and have a great hunt”. WOW I have no words for this level of service. You won't find a more genuine family and staff that truly values their customers. Mitch and his staff have a vast knowledge of the fishing and hunting industries and their experience and knowledge shows in their service and customer support. I cannot say enough about Mitch and Larry when it comes to my archery needs. Great Service, great prices, great all around people. If I could give this more than 5 stars I would.
