I rarely ever write reviews, but my experience at Lakeshore Chrysler was just so amazing that I had to write one for them. These people are honestly miracle workers. Benji in the service department is so kind and honest with people. As a young woman it can be terrifying going to a mechanic as it’s so common to be talked down to and overcharged. But Benji talked to me like an equal and explained things in a very non-condescending way. Not to mention, this was the only dealership that would look at my car a week after it broke, as opposed to every other dealership that told me I’d have to wait until almost August. They originally told me the part wouldn’t be in until the end of August, but my car was fixed and ready to go within a month. It was also all under my $2000 budget. And after all the repairs, they wanted to look at it for one more day as they feared there was a transmission problem. Turns out the transmission was fine and they didn’t charge me at all for the additional day. This place is amazing and really did save me from financial stress and a complete mental breakdown. The salesman even came out and talked to me while I sat outside waiting for my ride, very nice people. I would recommend this place to anyone with a Chrysler vehicle. 11/10

Ive personally brought my vehicle into this business twice to have a recall on my vehicle updated. Its a software update. After waiting at least a week to get in with service.. my vehicle sits there for 2 hrs at least. For them to call me and tell me that there system is down and they wont be able to update my vehicle. After this happening 2times i asked if i scheduled a 3rd appointment if they could get me a loaner. They stated they couldnt give me a loaner due to the fact it should only be an hour and even if they could it would be more than a MONTH out for a loaner vehicle. Im a single mom with 2 children the running back and forth and find a sitter for nothing to even be done! Its ridiculous. They do not value their customers!
