I took my 2500 Ram with a Cummins(which I bought there) in for the 15k mile maintenance. It's an oil change, fuel filters and tire rotation which took 2 hours. When they finished I paid the $587 bill to walk out and see that the tires were not rotated and there were grease prints on the interior door handle and center console. I went back in and the first thing they ask is if I marked my tires. Explained my truck is covered in dust and there are zero marks on the lug nuts or wheels. I had to wait 30 minutes while they tried to look up the cameras to see it was in a dark spot and that couldn't tell. They finally went out to look at the truck and realized I was right. They took it back and rotated the tires. When I got home it bothered me that they didn't do part of the job so I went to verify they did the rest. The fuel water separator had not been touched. It's a diesel very easy to tell if it was changed. Called the service Manger and they were able to get it back in which now I had to take more time off of work and drive past multiple dealers to get a $130 part I already paid for installed. You would think they would refund some money or discount the next service. Nope they offered to detail my truck at a later date with an appointment. Half day of work and 60 mile unneeded trip for a car wash. Moral of the story, make sure you get what you actually paid for here.

UPDATE: I was highly impressed by my conversation with Adam who reached out to me earlier this morning and truly listened to my experience, concerns and even used it as an opportunity to improve the tire processes for the service department! He genuinely cares about his customers and ensuring that they are provided a positive white glove experience from start to finish. He even provided me his own personal line for when I come in next for my free detailing! Thank you Adam for turning this experience around and taking the time to connect! I typically don’t write poor reviews, but this dealership experience was a headache. I would leave zero stars if I could after how they handled my tire situation. I brought in my Jeep for the front passenger tire to be looked at since it was lower than normal. I was called 3 hours later that all was set and it would be a $15 charge because they didn’t deal with my same tire warranty company. When I picked up my vehicle I noticed the tire light was still on and my tire didn’t look any different than when I brought it in and asked if everything was truly fixed or if it needed to be looked at again. I was assured it was taken care of. As I write this review I’m at the dealer I bought my Jeep at originally getting my tire serviced for the second day in a row and even my customer service representative here verified that nothing was done to fix my tire when it should have been. Very unhappy with the dishonesty, lack of care/concern for my safety and overall will not be returning to this dealership.

I purchased my 2019 Chrysler Pacifica at this dealer. They were the last dealer I visited to compare deals, and by far THE BEST! I was able to purchase my vehicle, as a woman, without my husband and zero “grease” factor! (I despise greasy car salesman!) They were honest, helpful and respectful of what I knew. Most importantly, they valued my trade with the BEST offer. Many say it, yet they delivered!! We were able to purchase in the late afternoon and still make it to the lake by dinner time! Had a terrible experience with the service department. My 21 Ram 1500 had a loose shark fin antenna. They told me via text that it was all scraped up and physically damaged so I needed a new one. I was told it wouldn't be covered by warranty due to this damage. When I picked my truck up and asked for the part that was replaced I see there is no damage or scratches on it. I feel I was ripped off $500. When speaking to the manager he was only worried that he may not be reimbursed under warranty. Terrible to rip off a customer when it's obvious by looking at the truck how well cared for it is and the part has no damage on it. I'll provide photos. The truck only has 5k miles on it and this was it's 1st service. Also had the oil changed and they didn't reset the dash. Asked for the tires to be rotated and I don't know of it was done it's not on invoice. I would not go here for service. Update: I did receive a refund. Had to involve the SOS. I'll go elsewhere for service in the future.
