My son bought a car here 6,600 Cash, less than 6 weeks and 548 miles, turbo went out, 4k in repairs, no response from owner for a resolution, not even a compromise, nothing....don't ever buy from here, they are crooks.

One of life's most miserable tasks for me is buying a car. I'm quite surprised at what a decent experience shopping at Roseville Auto Sales turned out to be. Chris was the best and I would come back next time I needed to buy a car. Good job!

Bought a 2010 Chevy with only 76k miles on it from Chris. He was super helpful and wasn’t trying to pressure me into buying anything. The car runs great very happy with my purchase.

Chris was very fun, very helpful and informative. There was no pressure buying, he just informed us about all the cars we were interested in. Was very honest and told us the pros and cons about them too. Eventually within an hour we bought the car. Recommend this place!

Bought a car that of course looked solid but a week later the transmission blew and now I get to spent more that 4k on a car I just bought for 6k. Definitely avoid this place if you ever go to this place test drive the car all the way to the repair shop because that’s where it will live.

Drunk, body odor and cigarettes ( only one salesman). Over priced, cash only and a cocky salesman. Sound good to you? Then definitely go there.

They have excellent service and have a great selection of cars. Couldn't ask for a better car buying experience.

If I could make it a half star even that would be too much. Literally the worst place. Save ur money and go else where. It’s not a question of IF ur car will break down, more of a WHEN will ur car break down. For me it was 40 miles after driving it off the lot. Paid over 8k for a vehicle that literally left me stranded on the side of I-5 at 6 am. I got the car towed to mechanic only to be told it was gonna be 1300$ to fix it. Given it was my only vehicle I had no choice. Also had to call into work to get it taken care of, When I called the dealership to inform them of this, the owner Matt was willing to give me 1k towards mechanic fees. I was grateful. I informed him that the mechanic told me there was a possibility that the catalytic converter might need to be replaced. He (Matt) said if the light came back on to call him and he would arrange for this to be taken care of through their mechanic. I didn’t assume it would be free but definitely discounted. He dodged my calls and I had no choice but to pay 2k to get repairs done. Still reaching out to him to get things squared away and continued to be ignored. Followed with a “He’ll see you in court.” From one of his employees after my last and final attempt to figure things out. It’s sad that people even after all we have been through these last few years, are still willing to burn people. If ur thinking about buying here save ur money and put it towards a more reliable dealership.

The salesman who worked today, March 2 2022, was very spazzy. He would talk over me and any of his other clients that were speaking with him. Not only that but he also smelled like alcohol and BO. To me everything about this gentleman and his establishment was very unprofessional, there's a line between being approachable and genuine and just trying to act "nice". Unfortunately he didn't know where that line was. Also after I had looked at a car that may be of interest to me and had started doing my own inspection I came to find out that the car engine had started smoking. After I had told the salesman about this he seemed almost angry and started to go off about how it didn't matter because he'd have more cars in the next couple of days and that I should just come in later. Just as I was trying to make a compromise with he shut me down by saying " we're done here " so all in all this establishment is very unprofessional and I am quite disappointed.

Bought a car, been running good been 2 weeks. Only thing I had to change the struts $268 for both front and tie rod knuckles $72 both front but that is no mechanical issue from it running. Just annoying noise but been resolved did it my self. And the air bag light came on but that too does not affect the car running at all . Very inexpensive fix .$45 I have a truck with that same issue never changed it the light on dash stays on had it that way for couple years already so I know no issue with mobility of vehicle. I done everything my self so not really an expensive task. If you are going to take it to a shop then that's when it gets expensive. Would I recommend buying a used car from Roseville auto . Absolutely yes . I will come back in future . "No one is twisting my arm , or paying me to say this " just for the record. I'm satisfied I only paid $3000 + 400 DMV so $3400 out the kitchen door. Quick transaction less than 20 minutes the test drive was longer , I even took it to AutoZone to put the code reader, everything passed. So I bought it. The individual sales person is pretty cool too .
