Placed an order for ballon delivery weeks in advance. Order was placed and delivery time between 1-3 was provided, however balloons didn’t arrive until almost 4pm. No call or notification was provided from the store. No apology or update was provided. My event was for a limited time and by the time my balloons arrived it was half through my event. Very disappointed

Store was not clean, extremely bare shelves, many items were not priced. The bathrooms had no soap or sanitizer; disgusting. How are employees expected to wash their hands?!

This store is always nice for party things they just didn't have what I went there for they said they carried tea party decorations...but I guess you have to order them online bummer because I needed them for the next day..nevertheless I did get the Paris decorations as they were girlie enough for the event I do recommend party city for your event decorations

I know most party city's are usually a bit disorganized and packed of stuff but this store is an absolute disaster! About 60% of the shelves are empty but the stock is on the floor so I guess it's expected that you shop piles. I would normally assume that they've been busy and just not able to clean up after customers but stock boxes were piled in with the items. It was pretty clear that the items were new stock dumped out of a lot of boxes. I think this probably the worst party city in the tri county area. Would much rather drive the bit extra to go to Madison heights then return.

Dirty store, rude employees. The line was literally down the center aisle with only 1 person working... apparently the other person was outside because that's what they kept saying. If you don't have enough workers...CLOSE THE STORE. It's ridiculous to wait over an hour for one balloon. Close the store...have a hiring fair...get some competent employees. If you can't find any..raise the pay! Worst customer service I've seen. After purchasing balloons I was told other people had orders and they cut in front of me. NO THANKS Go anywhere else but here.

absolutely disgusting and it’s been this way over a year. even if your short handed there is no excuse for this. i see other reviews mentioning the same thing and management responding with “oh we’re sorry” but it still stays the same way they change nothing. we will not be back what pig pen

About 15 people in line 2 people taken care of in 10 min. I'm just here picking up already paid for balloons. Everyone is filling balloons and no one is checking anyone out. Pre orders should not be forced to wait 30 min while you quickly fill others balloons because they dropped the ball.

I ordered my pinatas for my son birthday. Everything went smoothly. I pulled up someone came to the car got my info and came out with my items. Drove in and out. Update & Edit: They are hiring and need help. Seriously. The shelves are naked and they are doing their best to make the best of the situation.
