Nobody is there to help people find what they are looking for. Everyone standing around while their shelves look like nobody has arranged anything in months. I eas denied assistance trying to find a vitamin in this mess as pharmacist stated "we are probably sold out" twice without even looking up the item that is clearly in stock as I checked online before coming. As a business owner I know a little effort goes a long way

The greatest pharmacy staff ever! There has never been a time that I called or gone to this pharmacy and wasn’t given the proper help that I needed. Whenever I’m not feeling my best and need a little advice on what medications to take over the counter, the pharmacists are always willing to assist me with any problem. The pharmacy techs are very customer focus and attentive to the needs of the customers. And I am a former healthcare manager that designed customer service modules on how to treat patients in a healthcare setting. Excellent staff!

I have picked up my prescriptions for the past 6 months, giving 2 days advance of ordering my prescriptions they are not ready when i get there (3 out of 6 times). They are understaffed and always backed up. I would suggest going elsewhere for prescriptions. Need new management, they always tell you not sure but your prescription has not been filled and ends up being a 45 minute visits to get a script that should taken less than 5 mins..... one of the worst Walmart's in the country

Absolutely worst service. They open at 9am and at 9:20 I am still waiting for someone to help me. If you have opening duties to do, they should be completed before 9am so you are open at the scheduled 9am. And telling your employee to take out the garbage before you help a customer is absolutely unacceptable!

Horrible branch. Often don’t have the script we need and we have to go back. Today they put me off for 3 more days. Very bad for people who need to take their meds.

I ordered an apron with a photo on it on March 27th. According to Walmart website's live help it has been at the store since April 4th. They have the UPS tracking number. No one at the store can find it. I had to wait for the photo lab person to get off of their lunch break to even be helped by that department. I had to go to three different counters to try to get help. I left my name, my order number, the tracking number, my phone number, and what the item was, and NO ONE even bothered to get back to me. The reason I needed the item has came and went and I have still not even received an email that the item is ready for pickup, or even a call to say they can't find it. I usually avoid this Walmart but I thought, "How could they screw up a simple store pickup?" Now I know.

This store is pretty bad. Usually I don't have a problem with Walmart, and most people are just slandering them, but this one really is in terrible condition, but this is also to be expected from a store that doesn't looks like it's been updated from their old model yet. Most Walmart locations I've seen that haven't updated to their modern model typically are like this and I suspect that when they finally update it this won't be a problem anymore.
