Since I called the store and they, “escalated” it but no one has reached out to me. I FOUND AN INCH LONG WOOD CHIP IN MY RAVIOLI. Not in the bag, not in the water, physically packed inside a ravioli imbedded between two pieces of dough. I bought this ravioli package about a week or so ago from this location. This is a big deal and Meijer isn’t acting like it. I have a TWO YEAR OLD and Meijer is lucky it didn’t end up in her bowl and made it into mine. It is SO SHARP and would’ve 100% choked my child. This needs immediate attention. One picture is before I washed it and another is after I washed it so the spinach and cheese was rinsed off of it. ~Julieanne

Nice ice cream store. Fast, friendly service. Most ice cream places want to get you in and out fast, and don't care about you. This one offered me free tastes, even though I was ready to order. That was nice. Baseball nut is my favorite. It keeps me going to Baskin Robbins. ~Brad

I love the cashiers and I just wanted to say they’re new hours are Sun-Thurs they close at 12. Fri and Sat they close at 2. They are not 24 hours. Those were the old owners hours ~Abriana

Normally I have great service at this location. I've been a customer over 25 years. However, this trip the customer service was horrible. This visit they were extremely dishonest and tried to get me to buy ALL new tires. I understand safety concerns and all of that. BUT, these tires were literally 13 months old and one was brand new this past winter as a warranty replacement. When I told the guy he was just shaking his head in a condescending way and saying "okay, okay, well I'm not gonna fix it." At this point I think he felt caught and that's why "he wasn't gonna fix it" and was disrespectful. He could of tried to save face-- but he went the disrespect route. This clearly was a cash grab attempt and it was clear as day, unbelievable! Nice try buddy! Any elderly people going to this location make sure you bring someone with you or at least get a second opinion. Or anyone for that matter. I went to Discount Tire. They stated tires had plenty of life left and pulled the little finish nail from the middle of the tire and fixed it less than 45 minutes. I think they just lost a life long Belle Tire customer. Now ask yourself does these tires need to be replaced? Or would he of spent over 800.00 if it was his car. The answer is of course not! ~Nicholas

The Service Manager is a slimeball. Schemed my insurance claim & vehicle is having a plethora of problems once I received the vehicle back. When I made them aware of the issue they told me they would charge me look into the issue. The guy wouldn't know customer services if it slapped him in his head. 0 of 10 they are just looking to scam insurance companies. ~Dustin
