Normally I have great service at this location. I've been a customer over 25 years. However, this trip the customer service was horrible. This visit they were extremely dishonest and tried to get me to buy ALL new tires. I understand safety concerns and all of that. BUT, these tires were literally 13 months old and one was brand new this past winter as a warranty replacement. When I told the guy he was just shaking his head in a condescending way and saying "okay, okay, well I'm not gonna fix it." At this point I think he felt caught and that's why "he wasn't gonna fix it" and was disrespectful. He could of tried to save face-- but he went the disrespect route. This clearly was a cash grab attempt and it was clear as day, unbelievable! Nice try buddy! Any elderly people going to this location make sure you bring someone with you or at least get a second opinion. Or anyone for that matter. I went to Discount Tire. They stated tires had plenty of life left and pulled the little finish nail from the middle of the tire and fixed it less than 45 minutes. I think they just lost a life long Belle Tire customer. Now ask yourself does these tires need to be replaced? Or would he of spent over 800.00 if it was his car. The answer is of course not!

Absolutely a rip off. Took my car in for an inspection. They told me to junk it. They said it needed a bunch of parts including 3 ball joints @$400.00 each. I took it to a non rip off shop and I needed one ball joint @ $141.00 an an alignment @$100.00. Car drives like new now. I WANT MY $50.00 INSPECTION FEE BACK.

Extremely dishonest and unprofessional! Brought car in to check dead battery they previous sold us and to run diagnostics. Told us we needed something fixed that wasn't broken. Next week dead battery and still same problem. Took it to dealership. It was a sensor. Called numerous times and got the runaround.

Good experience, I just went for an expectation on my vehicle and was given a printout letting me know all that was wrong with it. Couldn't afford to have the work done but at least I know my major problems to begin working on. I definitely would recommend that for anyone for that purpose friend or family. It's worth the $50.00s

Wasted two trips and 3 hours of my time, plus 3 days of unavailable $123+ that "was refunded". This all started with me looking for someplace nearby that CLAIMED to have the right size tire for my car. I drove a few minutes to the nearest Belle Tire (not this location) and they directed me to the location in question. I arrived at that location 20 minutes later, an hour before they closed. They confirmed that they had the tire, but not the time to do it today (makes total sense), but they blew my mind by claiming they do not make appointments and I should just show up tomorrow. Fast forward to the next day just before 1pm. I arrive and talk with someone who pulls up the info I gave yesterday. I insisted that I pay up front since I wanted to make sure it went through BEFORE they did the work. It did. Start the 3 hours me watching Law & Order SVU while two other customers appeared after me AND LEFT BEFORE ME. About 2 hours in I confirm that my car is where I left it, and ask why this is the case. "Your car is next." 1 hour later it still has no moved and now 5 of the bays are empty. This is when I demand a refund. Only after the refund did the smirking employee inform me that I won't SEE the money for 3 to 5 days. ONE TIRE IS ALL I NEEDED.

Horrible customer service. If you place your order online for an appt they charge your credit card immediately. Went to appointment and they refused service bc tires not in stock, but are refusing to give me a refund bc they don't understand technology apparently. Had to dispute payment with my bank bc they would not accommodate. That makes them thieves in my book. Will never use them again.

I went to this location hoping that I could have my aluminum corroded valve stem replaced with something that looks halfway decent to my supercar. $400.00 rim and all they have is a ugly 4" tpms valve stem? I have to pay again after using Belle Tire for my emergency recovery and go to my actual automotive factory dealer / service center for now on. Belle Tire is for people who have a hooptie and don't care about appearance, style or quality. Rubber stem. They also kept my working TPMS sensor and I never got it back. I surveyed and got a reply from the manager saying he owes me no discount, gift card or any apology for him not returning my property rightfully so. I never sold or gave them my old TPMS sensor that was still functional and working. Rivet , threaded or glued and welded. It does not matter. It's my property you kept. That I have no chance to restore now of the OEM. I have been a customer since 1994. Not anymore. Peace out wankstas. They cater to peasants not Kings. They also are super lazy standing around alot doing some dirt in the office. Yeah you guys were smiling. I seen y'all slackers playing around. Get to work! Order parts! Do something with your salary! Or keep losing customers. There was 3 guys standing around a toolbox. There was all the bay doors wide open. Only 3 vehicles in 3 of the 8 or 10 bays they have. It took them 3 hours to get to my vehicle that took just the time to take 1 wheel off, break the bead, take the tire off. Change the sensor, put the tire back on. They also did not balance it. I have no weights on it. I had weights on it. I am disappointed to say the least. All I heard from 3 people who work there is excuses as to why I have to accept some weak cheap ugly long black rubber valve stem. Auto Zone is better and that's a flea market type store. Low Grade. Belle Tire suits that now and forever. Low Grade. We all deserve better. Take the old King out to hang. He's done for.

Made an appointment for an allignment for 1 pm. My car was in the garage by 1:05 pm. Got my keys back 45 mins later. All set. Better experience here than most Belle Tires, I have been too. Thank you! I'll be back if I need anything!

Great service and timing. Tyler is easy to work with and knows the business. Took the time I needed and created another opportunity for my daughter to have work completed there. Been going here for almost ten years now and zero complaints.
