Started off great, soon as they picked up I was placed on hold for ten mins. Then they came back to the phone & placed me back on hold for more time.. I stated this would be my first time coming to a costcos. John booked my appointment gave me my price i thought I was all set.. however, a friend of mine mentioned I may need a membership to receive services..so I called back to confirm, John says"we won't be able to service you" I inform him, this information would've been nice to know at the beginning of our interaction. He replies blankly, and dry as if he could careless. "OK" is all he says smh. No apologies, no explanation on the policy nothing. But you were so chatty when I initially made my appointment. Customer service is everything, but there's was lacking empathy. and some accountability would've been a better, more professional way to handle the matter John. Not once did he mention a membership, if I had one, or anything close to it. I'm sure Costco would rather there employee's offer or suggest a membership, rather than turning away potential members. But John probably doesn't know any better... i would've been really upset to drive all the way up there and find this information out, when he should've mentioned this to me initially when I called about my tires & receiving service... you're an employee of Costco's so you'd know the rules and regulations, however like I stated I never had been to Costco's so I wouldn't know & Him never asking me if I was one was faulty in his end, just assuming and setting me up was a rush job. Costco lost out on a potential member , I more than likely would've signed up for one still if he had offered it. But there loss!

Good pricing initially. Got the road Hazzard which I had to use today. Because I paid approx. 20 bucks less per tire when bought than the tire was priced today, had to pay the difference plus 10 for installation. So 34 bucks,plus the center cap was missing off this wheel. To add more insult the tire light came on about 2 blocks away and had to stop at Belle for air.

Service is rapidly going downhill. Made appointment for a tire repair. When I returned about 1 hour later they still didn’t pull in my pickup. Garage was empty, 2 employees standing outside smoking. 2 others inside doing nothing.

Does not really take walk ins, was asked to schedule an appointment and come back. When I mentioned I would just leave it overnight they said "we don't do that". My time is money, ended up paying a higher price at belle tire down the road because they had it done in an hour

Every time I need my tire pressure checked and air put in my tires, the guys at Costco are super courteous, fast and efficient. It's such a nice free service and we appreciate it!

Michelin can't be beat unless they are filled with nitrogen. It makes a noticeable difference. My car felt it was floating on nitrogen filled Michelins

Good original prices, but TERRIBLE service. Bought tires less than a year ago. Recently, we noticed one of them was low and stopped at a local service shop for air. It wouldn't hold air. The guy at the shop said there was a nail in the side wall. Unsolicited, he said, "You have more than 90% life on these tires so you should take it back to were you bought it as most of the replacement cost will be covered." Went back to Costco where we bought them. We were there first thing in the morning and there were two other people in line in front of us. After a lengthy wait, we were served. The tech just looked at the tire and immediately said that there was too much wear and we would have to buy a pair of tires. We called the other shop and talked to the original guy. He said Costco was ripping us off because our tires were in great shape with little mileage on them. And advised us not to buy a pair. We told the Costco tech that we only wanted one. He said that if we did that, they could replace the tire, but wouldn't put it on the vehicle because it would be a "safety risk". Really? So, we decided on only one tire and we would put it on. It would be necessary to order a tire as they didn't have it in stock. During the order process, they claimed that the tire was a 6 out of 8.5 so we were going to have to pay ~25% ($85) of the tire cost. This whole process took 2 hours, but they said we would have the tire in 2 days. Fast forward, it took 3 days plus a weekend to get the tire. We took the tire over for replacement. They mounted and balanced the tire, but refused to calibrate the TPMS saying that it might calibrate to the spare, which was on the car. (BS!) Again, this was a 1.5 hour wait even though we asked before we came and they said they weren't busy. So, we had to go to another service place and pay them to calibrate the TPMS. Really bad customer service!!!

The only reason this tire location is getting a single star is the price. I was told when I arrived that my tire replacement would take just over an hour and a half. The tires were pre-purchased, ordered and in stock. I am still waiting for my car to be finished over two and a half hours in. When I inquired about it, the employee said he told me it would be an hour and a half per car and there was one car ahead of me. That was blatantly not true. I was told it would be just over an hour and a half. When I called ahead of time, I was told they had four lifts and multiple employees. They do have multiple employees, but clearly not enough. This is ridiculous!
