Phones were a great but and the sales rep that helped us was very friendly and accommodating. I do suggest getting your OtterBox and screen protector from online or from a different chain. This is how they hook you on the price.

Okay so I went to Cricket to get my last 6 months Bill's statement, so I can turn it in to my sister's for reimbursement for taking care of my mother. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and said that he could send it to my email cuz he couldn't print it for me that was fine meanwhile I was in there so I said could I have a new screen cover he said sure went over to the counter found one then he charged me for it. Unfortunately when I got home I looked at the receipt he charged me for a dual Port car charger it was 31.79 but it was just a little piece of plastic for my phone I'm very discouraged so I went back today and he said he couldn't do anything about it his boss said that he would give me a discount on a new plastic thing but he wouldn't give me my money back for an error. Very disappointed! Really very poor service not satisfying me at all and actually I got ripped off! Don't shop here!!

I had to get a new phone and the insurance I paid for did me no good. My phone bill went up $15 a month with no explanation or change in service. While the employee set up my new phone he gave himself a 5 star review then thanked me for the review.

Called to see about returning a phone that should be perfectly fine. I have to return it online which I understand. From someone who knows just about everything there is to know about a good phone for gaming, I didn't call for a lecture and for him to try and tell me I need to spend $900 on a good phone. The truth is, you absolutely DO NOT NEED AND EXPENSIVE PHONE to have great performance! I was going to go buy a new phone from this store because this one was going to be in the return process. Instead of just answering my question, he thought it would be a good idea to talk down to me. Dear Cricket, please let your people know that they shouldn't assume that someone knows nothing about phones. I will not be talked down to by a salesman, which is why I almost always buy online. Treat your customers better because you're losing one.

I'm not an easy customer (quite low tech), I ask a ton of questions and didn't even know what kind of phone I wanted when I came to the store. (I was dreading having to buy a new phone.) I can't thank Jr enough for being not only being patient with me, but knowledgeable about all of the phones. He walked me through numerous phones, never rushed me and I felt confident with my decision when I left. I very much appreciated this kind of service and I will be back.
