After a recent doctors appointment I realized I hadn’t updated my pharmacy and my prescription was sent to this location. I no longer live in the area, and when I do go for a visit it is 2 hours round trip. I called the store prior to going and explained I hadn’t heard if my prescriptions were ready and if they were what were the weekend hours to pick up. They said they were ready and provided their hours. Great, see you this weekend. This evening I pull through the drive through and go through the normal motions. The pharmacist on duty explained they had sent my medication back because I didn’t pick them up fast enough. I explained I don’t live in the area any longer and how would I know if they were ready if I wasn’t contacted? Wouldn’t it be common courtesy to call the patient and give a reminder? Even just leave a note from my Mid-week call that I would be in over the weekend. Unfortunately this pharmacist was pretty cold hearted and explained their “policy” and that I would need to revisit my doctor. Absolutely wild I’m extremely frustrated that the customer service received at this location has gone out the window. Better off doing express scripts than dealing with the “not our problem” attitudes.

these people are extremely hard workers, the pharmacist went out of his way for me and my child and I have to say they have the best people that work here!!! amazing hearts and souls.

It is your usual drug store nothing special. They do carry some good items like a nice selection of candy! Good section for snacks and chips. The $5 coupons are nice. The pharmaceutical people like Moe are very personable always smiling and helpful. Look for sale items good deal. 👍

There are other pharmacies more conveniently located to me, but I drive out of my way and will continue to do so because the pharmacist (Moe), and because pharmacy staff is patient, friendly, and helpful. I have been to other pharmacies where the staff makes you feel like they don’t appreciate your business. Not here. I have been going here for years and have always had great customer service!!!

A CVS pharmacist falsified my Covid vaccination records and I cannot get the record corrected by any means. There is a disconnect in their system, so an incorrect record must stand forever. First vaccine August 13. Second vaccine September 7. (Both 2021). That first vaccine is recorded on my CDC card, but not in the CVS system. The second vaccine was recorded correctly. During a subsequent visit, the same pharmacist added a November vaccination date in hopes of helping me. It was fraudulent manipulation of records. Now my record states that I have two second doses, but never a first dose. This matters because I travel for my job, and I need the CVS generated QR code to prove my vaccination status. I must quarantine 2 weeks in many countries because I have no QR code. Gets very expensive and time consuming. You need a first and second dose for the CVS system. Two second doses don’t work. Nobody has been able to help. Hundreds of hours have been spent trying to sort this out, in person and on the phone. Ever try to get a live person when calling CVS? Now I am out of the country, and can’t even access the CVS or Care.CVS sites. CVS simply does not care about their customers. Find somewhere else to get vaccinations and do your shopping.

Dr Mo is absolutely wonderful. He is personal, caring, very professional and has always helped my family. I have even called with medical questions and he has always taken my calls and is very knowledgeable. I am very thankful to Dr. Mo for being there

Gave Out my personal information. Calling BBB today. CVS let a random stranger hijack my phone number for their account. Now the account I've had since 1999 is owned by someone named Shane that I never met before. This stranger is now (as of last week) using my phone number that I've had since the 90s. CVS wont help. The email form errors iut. They wont answer the 1-800 number. I basically cant shop there now unless I use "SHANE'S" account. That's what the cashier told me. He said it happens all the time. they can give away your account randomly. I think everyone should cancel their CVS account. The cashier gave me "shanes" info. They gave shane my phone number. Theres no way to fix it at the store so I'm done. this is a major security issue.

WASN'T HAPPY. Went in for a flu shot (which went fine). The pharmacist was wearing his mask on his chin while behind the counter. The girl at the pharmacy counter wasn't wearing a mask. The hand sanitizer bottle was empty. The disinfecting wipes dispenser was empty. Didn't appear they were even trying to protect customers.

This pharmacy has a stocking issue. I recently had an ileostomy. I have been on various medications. On a regular occurrence, it takes days to get my prescription. Also the pharmacist on staff last time acted like it was a real problem to help me find a proper chewable or liquid multivitamin for adults. I don't digest pills properly. Unfortunately our insurance only covers cvs. I miss rite aid.

The pharmacy staff is extremely welcoming, but that cannot be said for the rest of the store. The managers are either extremely rude to the customers, or standing around vacantly. The employees are just the same. There are never any cashiers around when you're trying to get in and out quickly, and when you do finally get the help you had to wait for, the employees are short and rude, near ripping the money out of your hands. And just because someone is unaware of the closing time for the pharmacy, it doesn't make them an invalid. They don't have to be rude and snotty, they choose to. This was the last straw. I won't be returning to this establishment. I would rather go out of my way to the other side of town, where the employees are at least somewhat well mannered.
