I had them move me from my apartment to their storage facility. Instead of being indoor, climate controlled, and closely monitored, for $135 per month...my stuff ended up literally left in a field, tossed into a shipping container, with things (which were clearly garbage picked finds) the owner CJ decided to store with my stuff as well. All for which they continued to bill my credit card $200/month. I never authorized this. The lady in the office, while pleasant, ONLY takes calls. She can't help with anything. CJ is a ghost, never on site, never available. You have to make appointments to get in to your belongings. When I moved my belongings out, after 4 months of this insanity, CJ told me there would be "an army of guys," to load my truck for me. He called to make sure that I was there on time for these guys. I was early. My outdoor shipping container was under a foot of snow. No one was there to help. After 45 minutes, a wonderful gentleman named Joe, came out and told us that CJ was not going to be there, SHOCK, and that he would handle things. It took 3 hours for these two poor movers, to shovel a 35 foot path from the road, to this shipping container and to load stuff into my truck, which they weren't adept at. When I got my things unloaded at my apartment, and had a chance to inspect them, so many things were damaged and broken. Large chips of wood out of my dining room table, my head and footboard are all scraped up, dishes broken, and the strangest thing of all, is there is a brown sticky mist all over some of my furniture. Like a cola bottle blew up. The guys who moved my stuff out of the apartment, and out of the shipping container were the same guys. Of course no one mentioned anything. Long story short, I will never recommend this place to anyone. The woman in the office misrepresents their services and prices. Without going to court, you will never get what they promised and it's cheaper to just stay away from the likes of them. ~Dawn

Called to see about returning a phone that should be perfectly fine. I have to return it online which I understand. From someone who knows just about everything there is to know about a good phone for gaming, I didn't call for a lecture and for him to try and tell me I need to spend $900 on a good phone. The truth is, you absolutely DO NOT NEED AND EXPENSIVE PHONE to have great performance! I was going to go buy a new phone from this store because this one was going to be in the return process. Instead of just answering my question, he thought it would be a good idea to talk down to me. Dear Cricket, please let your people know that they shouldn't assume that someone knows nothing about phones. I will not be talked down to by a salesman, which is why I almost always buy online. Treat your customers better because you're losing one. ~Ciinq

Very very clean store and fleet. That's why I gave them 5 stars. Customer service is just okay, they don't make you feel warm and fuzzy & sometimes it's hard to find someone to help you. Great selection of moving materials also good price on boxes. ~Jo

Make sure you call ahead of time to see if they even have your tire. They don't have a good stock, not even a "necessary stock", although service was okay, having a common tire in stock at all times would definitely benefit a tire business. ~Marissa

After a recent doctors appointment I realized I hadn’t updated my pharmacy and my prescription was sent to this location. I no longer live in the area, and when I do go for a visit it is 2 hours round trip. I called the store prior to going and explained I hadn’t heard if my prescriptions were ready and if they were what were the weekend hours to pick up. They said they were ready and provided their hours. Great, see you this weekend. This evening I pull through the drive through and go through the normal motions. The pharmacist on duty explained they had sent my medication back because I didn’t pick them up fast enough. I explained I don’t live in the area any longer and how would I know if they were ready if I wasn’t contacted? Wouldn’t it be common courtesy to call the patient and give a reminder? Even just leave a note from my Mid-week call that I would be in over the weekend. Unfortunately this pharmacist was pretty cold hearted and explained their “policy” and that I would need to revisit my doctor. Absolutely wild I’m extremely frustrated that the customer service received at this location has gone out the window. Better off doing express scripts than dealing with the “not our problem” attitudes. ~Marissa

5 star pizza if you order it special. If not, you get the old stuff. Big difference when you order it with stuff on it, verses just pepperoni. My wife and I get the 8 corner deal which is a one topping 8 corner for 11.99, but unfortunately, it always taste like it has been sitting in the warmer for a while. Pizza is always ready when they say it will be ready. 3 star rating is based on the old pizza situation. We still eat here once a week regardless. Better than little ceasar's. ~Chris
