Best cell phone store in White Lake, Michigan (MI) 2024

Called to see about returning a phone that should be perfectly fine. I have to return it online which I understand. From someone who knows just about everything there is to know about a good phone for gaming, I didn't call for a lecture and for him to try and tell me I need to spend $900 on a good phone. The truth is, you absolutely DO NOT NEED AND EXPENSIVE PHONE to have great performance! I was going to go buy a new phone from this store because this one was going to be in the return process. Instead of just answering my question, he thought it would be a good idea to talk down to me. Dear Cricket, please let your people know that they shouldn't assume that someone knows nothing about phones. I will not be talked down to by a salesman, which is why I almost always buy online.
