My girlfriend and I worked with Mikayla and she did amazing. This is the first vehicle I have purchased at a dealership and Mikayla and Cynthia both made the process super easy. Labor shortage or not communication is key with customers. Honesty is still the best approach with customers. That said, it is better to let customers know up front that it is having a impact on timely responses or trying to get through to customer service. Additionally knowing where you fit in the que is also very helpful. Getting the facts helps with one planning.

Their head mechanic for large trucks did a great job as far as I know everything’s working fine at this time! He listen and was helpful! It was a lot of work and myself I know because I have done this work before!

Made an appointment to drop vehicle off for service, after two days of no contact and multiple voicemails left, had to go back to dealership to find out what was going on. Found vehicle in same parking spot as drop off and keys still in the overnight box. I know everything is tough right now but this is unacceptable all we ask is for some sort of contact to know what is going on.

I’m giving this experience a 5 Star “hands down”! Jake had a huge role in making this experience very enjoyable for me!! I really whole heartily appreciate how genuine he was with me and the patience that he had with me meant a lot. He understands the importance and the commitment behind buying a vehicle that suits you; to me that’s a big deal. The whole experience made me feel relieved, confident and secure. I needed that to go home with. I appreciate all the time Jake put into my family and didn’t rush us. He was there to answer anything but also go over pretty much every detail which was exceptionally helpful!!! I bought my Chrysler here 10 years ago and I can say everyone was so heart warming then too. I joked when I left I’d see them in another 10 years but in all seriousness I would definitely go back a third time. Thank you all so much for your generosity!!!!

Let me start off by saying I hate the process of buying a car and in general don’t like dealing with most car sales people. This experience changed my mind. We drove 5 hours to get the truck we wanted at a price that was better than I could find closer to my home. Travis, our salesman, did things efficiently, communicated frequently (but not in an overbearing way like so many car sales people), did what he said he would do and made our time at the dealership as quick as possible. Cynthia the business manager who did financing and offered the extra warranties was respectful, didn’t waste our time, and didn’t try to talk us into something after I said no to a warranty or some other service she was trying to sell me. I would have liked to use our local dealership which is 4 miles away rather than 345 miles away but It didn’t work out that way. I wouldn’t hesitate to go to this dealer again and would ask for Travis again as this was my best vehicle purchase experience ever.

Took my Pacifica in for an oil change and some minor recall work. I was in and out in an hour! My service rep James and the parts dept. rep Keith both went above and beyond to address my questions and needs. I was extremely satisfied with the assistance they both gave me. I'll be back when my van needs service for sure! Thanks guys.

I decided it was time for a new vehicle and after doing some searching online I wanted to check out a Grand Cherokee L. We went into Thelen and Jake was more than willing to help us out! He showed us multiple different vehicles and when we didn’t find one we loved he sat down and helped us order one. He explained everything to us As we built it and helped us pick the perfect vehicle for us. He said it would take about 6-8 weeks to come in, updating me throughout the entire process, and it came in 4 weeks instead of the 6-8! It hit the dealership on Monday 8-23, and I brought it home tonight 8-26! He texted and called me, as well as the bank to get everything in order and made the whole process completely painless! Cynthia, the finance manager was also amazing in explaining everything as we went through all the paperwork! I would recommend Thelen; and Jake Fink to anyone looking to make their car buying experience a breeze!
