I’m giving this experience a 5 Star “hands down”! Jake had a huge role in making this experience very enjoyable for me!! I really whole heartily appreciate how genuine he was with me and the patience that he had with me meant a lot. He understands the importance and the commitment behind buying a vehicle that suits you; to me that’s a big deal. The whole experience made me feel relieved, confident and secure. I needed that to go home with. I appreciate all the time Jake put into my family and didn’t rush us. He was there to answer anything but also go over pretty much every detail which was exceptionally helpful!!! I bought my Chrysler here 10 years ago and I can say everyone was so heart warming then too.
