I’m giving this experience a 5 Star “hands down”! Jake had a huge role in making this experience very enjoyable for me!! I really whole heartily appreciate how genuine he was with me and the patience that he had with me meant a lot. He understands the importance and the commitment behind buying a vehicle that suits you; to me that’s a big deal. The whole experience made me feel relieved, confident and secure. I needed that to go home with. I appreciate all the time Jake put into my family and didn’t rush us. He was there to answer anything but also go over pretty much every detail which was exceptionally helpful!!! I bought my Chrysler here 10 years ago and I can say everyone was so heart warming then too. Purchased a new car from them. Very painless and courteous process. The salesperson was easy and upfront with everything. Any issues/questions were quickly resolved/responded to. The FI process was a breeze with no pressure, just review options and make choices! I would buy from them again without hesitation. I wish the Kia service and parts were also in the Kia sales building, as it would give it a more branded feel. ~Wayne

(This review concerns buying a used car off the lot ) I dealt with Ruben at Thelen Mazda and had a truly wonderful experience. I liked how genuinely excited he was about the Mazda brand and cars in general. Genuine care like that is tough to find. I found the whole experience to be low pressure, exploratory, and believe it or not; relaxing. I had a ton of questions after my visit and they were all answered quickly via text and phone. Last thing I'll say is that I really felt heard while there, which was unexpected and very appreciated. 5 well-earned stars! ~Matt
