(This review concerns buying a used car off the lot ) I dealt with Ruben at Thelen Mazda and had a truly wonderful experience. I liked how genuinely excited he was about the Mazda brand and cars in general. Genuine care like that is tough to find. I found the whole experience to be low pressure, exploratory, and believe it or not; relaxing. I had a ton of questions after my visit and they were all answered quickly via text and phone. Last thing I'll say is that I really felt heard while there, which was unexpected and very appreciated. 5 well-earned stars!

So my boyfriend and I were waiting for my car to get finished. I got a call saying they didn’t think they would finish by today, however, we don’t live around Bay City. A lady, I forgot her name, came out and told me they had 4 mechanics working on my car and they were willing to stay over to get my car done. She then proceeded to tell me that my boyfriend, my dog, and I could come inside from the cold. Definitely recommend going here. They stayed until 5:45 to finish my car up.

Took my car in for maintenance. Oil change, brake check, fluid check, tires. Very nice staff. Explains service and charges well. Ends up I need a couple tires, brakes, alignment. Kind of expensive but it's needed. Thank you for the great service so far.
