Second time Dominic helped me with my son’s suit needs. He was great both times making sure we got the right size and style. He put in the extra effort to find a product close to my price point. Great experience. Will definitely go back for my two younger boys.

Awsome place to get fitted. Told them what I needed and they took care me. Never been fitted before so that was new. Every one was vary professional considering how I walk in w my work clothes on. Anyways overall a great atmosphere.

Traveled to an event on Saturday that I rented a Tux for. The Tux was due back on Sunday, but I returned it on Tuesday when I got back ($40 in late fees). No one I worked with during sizing/fitting mentioned a due date. I combed through prior emails about pickup/confirmation and there was nothing anywhere about the due date and consequential late fees. It's not reasonable to travel to an event on a Saturday and expect that a customer will return the tux the very next day on a Sunday. The associates that helped me originally were professional. I think obfuscating the due date was intentional by the store and a slick way to get one over after the sale. Store also refused to waive the fee.

I have to give credit when credit is due. The outstanding professionalism of the Store Manager and one of the store associates was unmatched. I would have liked to name them for the recognition they deserve, but I want to respect their privacy. I never looked at Men's Wearhouse as a high-class dress establishment, but the manner in which I was welcome and handled in this particular store was terrific. I felt like a prominent company executive or a high-profile athlete getting my measures. I dont know If this is a testament to the business model of Men's Wearhouse or the excellent customer service from these two individuals. Either way, I was pleasantly pleased. Thank you!

I came in specifically looking for a linen pair of shorts and left with them and a sports coat. This is all because of Tonya's great customer service and she was extremely patient. I will definitely be back to see her.

My Husband and I are attending my daughter's wedding on April 23 in Virginia and we live in McAllen, TX so we chose Men's Warehouse for the occasion. The associates at that location were so very nice to us and we're very patient and respectful and we felt very welcomed. We had the Tux transferred to the Fredericksburg, VA location to pick up there once we arrived here. It was the worse experience and we felt we were a bother for the associates working at that store. My husband went to try on the tux to make sure it all fit properly and I was standing outside his dressing room door and I was told by a nasty and very rude associate to get out of the way and move to a bench. I was so ready to return the Tux at that very moment and get my $250.00 back that we paid. Then after my husband was done we were getting ready to exit the store and another older man working there was coming towards us in our direction and told us to get out of the way that he was very busy. The entire time we were there I noticed him walking around with an attitude, he acted like he was the owner of the store. He never said excuse me, almost like he pushed us out of his way, I was ready to throw the tux at him and demand a refund!!!! I'll never shop at this store again. We spent alot of money and got alterations and this is how they treat their customers. It's uncalled for and we felt that they were racist too. All they wanted was for us to get the tux, pay and get out of their way and leave. This was suppose to be a happy time and it was our first experience at renting a tux but never again will I shop at MW.

The alterations were executed perfectly and every staff member we came into contact with was kind, professional, and helpful.

Not gonna lie; very, very good experience. I was in and out in 30 minutes or so. RODNEY was the associate who helped me, and he was fantastic. Helped me pick a suit, marked it up for the tailor, helped me pick a set of shoes, shirts, and gave me great advice. I will definitely visit again. I noticed the other associates were also very friendly too, so I'd assume that's just the level of professionalism the staff upholds, which is refreshing, and helps the experience.

The staff were wonderful, gave great advice for what I should wear to my next job interview, and helped me stay out of the cold when I accidentally locked myself out of my car today. I'm very satisfied with the employees I met, genuinely good people working at this place. You can tell they have experience and wisdom too. They even helped me pick out a good Christmas gift for my older brother. I never write reviews on google or anything, but I have to thank these guys. Give those employees a raise, they're good people.
