This store is so incredibly dusty. Dust on the dressing room walls, clumps hanging off the door frames to dressing stalls just very dirty and dusty.

Old Navy has good prices for good items! They always have deals going on too! I love the pant selection. The style options are usually always what is currently trending which is nice for the younger crowd.

Been awhile since I've shopped here. Went to pick up some jeans for the boyfriend. The women's clothing was nothing to squwack about and the flip-flops did not reach extended sizes (nothing larger than a 9). Nothing out of the ordinary there (sometimes wearing an 11W, I'm use to having to order shoes online). But the boyfriend found jeans that were in his size (29/30) without having to scour the store. So that was a positive. A little pricier than I remember, even with the 50% off sales. 4 pairs of jeans and two button up beach shirts were about $190... but he needed them.

Amber showed me excellent customer service the other night! I was looking for some new jeans and Amber showed me better options that suited me personally. To be honest, I thought she was a manager from the way she approached me. She made my shopping experience very easy!

The customer service at this location is lacking. I was double charged for an item and upon realizing the error, immediately called the store. The employees I spoke with and the manager on duty were rude and unhelpful. Two days later the matter was easily resolved by an associate at a different store, so I fail to believe that it could not have been handled by the store that made the error.

Old navy has great prices on clothing. Sizes range from infant to adult. Sale and clearance is also really well stocked and they have excellent prices on these as well.

I moved from Pittsburgh to VA a month ago (August 2020) for a full time job opportunity. As a former Old Navy employee (I worked there until July 2020 before I moved), I was astounded by the amazing customer service here! The associates were very pleasant and knowledgeable about sales and promotions. I had two Super Cashes that were $20 each plus another coupon for 20% off so I was able to save a ton on both transactions I did because I was allowed to combine coupons (one transaction I used one Super Cash and the other transaction I used Super Cash and my 20% off coupon). Shopping here made me feel like I was back in my hometown with my friendly coworkers. As a former Old Navy employee, I recommend this place 100% ☺️

Found a lot of clothes on sale but not many sales associates. I was here twice recently and was not greeted either time. There wasn't anyone monitoring the fitting rooms which resulted in clothes being piled up when discarded by customers. The line was very long one of the two times as there weren't enough associates on the registers. Bottom line is you get what you pay for: limited interaction with store employees, cluttered fitting rooms, bright trendy clothes that are affordable and last one to two seasons. I will continue shopping here because it suits my budget and clothing needs.

Old Navy's clothing never really fit well for my small frame when I have tried to wear it in the past, so I haven't actually shopped there for myself in years. However, I have found that the fit is perfect for my toddler (especially the jeans!) Their toddler clothes are very true to size and the quality is also really good for kids clothing. The only issue I have is the lack of stock in the size I'm looking for in the actual store, on multiple occasions (not only this location) as well as the semi-messiness of the stores. I do most of my shopping online anyway, so those aren't too much of an issue for me.
