If I could give this place negative 25 stars I would!!! They do not care about maintenance after paying for tires.. like a simple tire rotation... Absolutely THE WORST!! Spoke to Josh on Saturday, was told I could leave my vehicle and it MIGHT be done Monday, possibly! Spoke to the ASSnt. Manager Drew was told its "first come first serve" when it comes to tire rotation, or they would not make any money. Two days in a row I've been turned away or told I would have to leave my vehicle for AT LEAST two days for a simple tire rotation... This establishment willingly took my money for these NEW tires, now giving me the run around for a rotation. I will never use Belle Tire again. 😊

Took my car in for an alignment and they took the car in put it on the lift about 10 minutes after dropping it off they called and said I have a rack and pinion leak that it would be 1200 to fix and that it had to be done and I told them I didn't want them do it took the car home looked over everything couldn't find a single leak power steering fluid is full and the car has never had an issue steering even took it in for a second opinion and the car checked out fine I'm very disappointed that they are still trying to rip people off definitely wouldn't recommend

Jay at this location was EXCELLENT to work with. Frantically, I stopped in at Discount Tire first but they didn't do alignments which my car needed DRASTICALLY. The insides of my old tires were like shredded cheese. Jay helped me gather my thoughts, informed me on a great deal for great tires and alignment and got the job done in less than 2 hours. He also recommended a great place next door to stop and eat at while we waited. Jay is friendly and honest. If I lived here I would definitely use this Belle Tire everytime. Thank you Jay for getting us back on the road safely and being AMAZING at your job.

18 yrs of purchasing tires and doing repairs and I just got burned. Their poor alignment just ruined my new 2 front tires in just 6k miles. Tires have only 16k miles on them and now needing to purchase 2 more. I normally get 70 to 80k ( Toyos) miles on my tires because I take care of my veichles. I've had up to 100k on one other brand.

We had a blow out on I-75 and only had the Temporary spare that is not rated for highway speed, so we drove to Bay City Belle Tire to buy a full size tire so that we could continue on our trip down to Detroit area. Since this happened unexpectedly, Belle Tire squeezed us in without an appointment to get us up and running in less then an hour. They had multiple tire brands in my required size in stock so I even had price options in this emergency situation. The waiting room had WiFi and was large with oversize lounge chairs for all and even had desk style areas with phone/USB charging stations if you had to work on a laptop. Belle Tire understood the stressful situation we were under with the highway blowout, so they got us fixed up and back on the road with the least amount of down time. Thank you Belle Tire Bay City, Michigan Team!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stopped in for vibration and noise, (tire rotation and balance). Went in a few minutes to 8:00 was told to get out they open at 8. Went back in at 8 and 5 people ahead of me so had to leave, too long of a wait. Very rude. Will have to find some place new for tire service.

I had great service. My daughter blew a tire on memorial weekend. I also had a bent rim which took a dealership 3 weeks to get. They let me leave my car there while waiting on parts. Very understanding and helpful!

Was given the runaround by this store...they refused to put my aluminum wheel back on as it had slight wear around 2 of the lug holes... but had no problem knowingly putting a 10 year old tire on in its place... which is clearly a law violation...will never go back

I went in for an alignment because I had vibrations when driving so I replaced all the steering components and still had vibrations. It took them only about 15 to 20 minutes and they said it was done. I was suprised at how quick it was. They said they didn't need to adjust anything and that they just moved the steering wheel a couple of degrees because it wasn't perfectly straight. He took it on a drive and noted the vibrations when he spoke to me. I was hoping the alignment would fix that I told him and he replied he didn't have to change the alignment at all. So I asked since he didn't do anything if I still had to pay the 97 dollars and they said yes because they moved the steering wheel a little. I wish they had told me my alignment was good and asked if I wanted to pay the money to move my steering wheel a little. They boast free alignment checks but they charged me $96.99 to tell me it was all good. You got me for almost 100 dollars, but lost a customer due to the lack of communication. I cannot recommend this place if you are looking for great service
