Worse experience ever. Very bed service. Austin Klinke told me it’s going to take to get my ram ready just 2-3 days. Dropped of the ram then 2 weeks later not ready. Then he told me another 2 days. 4 weeks later still not ready. Took them 6 weeks. (6 weeks to fix catalytic converter) Plus Twice I asked to speak to a manager. I asked the 2 girls in service. They kept sending me back Austin Klinke. Next time I’ll save myself a headache and go somewhere else and no I’m not calling you

I had two cars that had recall notices and Eric and his team at service got me in and out. The dealer closer to me had a 3 week wait and seem to not care about having to keep my car for 3 days before they could let me know what was going on. I was referred to the team at Snethkamp in Highland Park and I will only go there in the future even know it’s a 30 min drive. The level of professionalism and care is what others should strive for. They were very concerned with keeping me up to as to when the van would be ready to be picked up.

I had no previous problems prior to my credit was not the best and I was approved for a vehicle but the vehicle was not ready. They said it would be ready in a month, which turned out to be like 4 months. I decided to be loyal to snethkamp then I heard nothing from them. Then the car finally arrived they call and say im no longer approved. This all could've been prevented. I could've 1. chose another dealer who had vehicles at that moment or the salesman could've anticipated this happening by thinking hmmmm her credit score isnt great she's not even going to qualify in 2 months but of course not, he took my deposit so that he could get his sale which left me in a situation where I no longer have transportation. I had applied for other cars because I was left in the dark about the production of my vehicle with snethkamp the car salesman called and tried to blame it on me applying for other cars but in all actuality I would not have been approved regardless and he should've already known this. Its a great opportunity to just improve my credit and move on to a dealership with integrity. I hope it was worth losing a good customer. Never Again will I shop with this dealer!!!!

Contacted the dealership about a truck we were interested in, tried to set up a time to test drive it. Apparently no one knows what time the dealership is open because we got told one time by the sales rep we talked to, another time by someone when we called the dealership directly and neither of those times matched what their website said.

They treat customers as if we have no other place to get serviced I guess because where it’s located… I wouldn’t say racist but they definitely stereotype… I worked in the service department for 2 and Half years at Matthew Hargreaves and no way would the owner allow his employees to carry on the way they carry on at this dealership. The Service area is never clean. The owner probably doesn’t care because it’s in Highland Park so I guess it’s my fault for trying to patronize businesses in my community…
