Unprofessional walked in nobody greeted me and kept there heads down until I spoke. I asked them did they have any used tires because I had one blow a block away. An older black male told me "we have some but probably not for your car". The manager I'm assuming an older white male was even worst it's basically like they didn't want to be bothered today. So they are pretty much unwelcoming and they definitely stereo type in my eyes because how would you know if you have a tire for my car or not before I tell you? This is a tire shop right? Lol

They are super helpful. Very trustworthy. They only do exactly what they need to do and don't do anything without asking. They would rather educate you then try to sell you something.

I've been around cars my entire life. Lately, I don't have time to do the simple things I'd normally do myself. Highland Park Tire was one of the most pleasant experiences I've had when it comes to automotive services. If you care about your car, make it a regular stop. — i’m editing this because of new experience. $40/tire to swap winter wheels is absurd. won’t be going back.

I recommended this place to my sister and they destroyed her engine after a tune up. Now the engine is loud and making a clacking noise. The 2011 Chevrolet was fine until you recommend a tune up!

Bob runs the most effective and therefore affordable mechanic's shop to ever perform work on my vehicles. I wont go anywhere else as a result. He quickly finds the root cause of the issues my vehicle is suffering from and a dresses those with quality parts and workmanship and I don't have to come back multiple times trying to fix the same issue over and over again like I have at other places many times in the past. I highly recommend Bob if you want your car to actually get fixed in the problem to thereafter disappear he is the best he knows his Stuff when it comes to cars any proves that every time I pull into one of his bays For my car repair needs. The craziest thing he tells me what to spend money on and what not to spend money on rather than trying toUp sell me I'm things I don't need he gives it to me straight you can ask for more and a mechanic. If you want your car fixed And to avoid the extras that are not necessary come see Bob And I'll make sure to leave with what you need not what he wants to sell you like a lot of other places.

Great fast service, and BB is very precise, and thorough explaining the type of service you are concerned about. Everything you need as far as tire, brake, steering, muffler, shock services. I got my tire fitted to my rim, and changed in a matter of minutes

My tire blew on I75 driving home from Eastern Market. The first available tire shop was Highland Park Tire. The staff got me right in, changed my tire and I was out in 20 min. The staff was amazing and the owner was very personable. The price was lower than I expected which was a great surprise! I would recommend this shop if your ever in the area and have car troubles. Thank you so much!

If I could give the owner and his crew more than 5 stars I would, really. I've been looking for a repair shop to take my car to and I know that this is the place to go. I'm a very picky person when it comes to someone fixing on my car, it's all about trusting somebody under your hood. I had noticed something about the owner "Bob" and his crew that caught my attention, they really communicates with people, they don't look at you as a dollar sign when you walk in the door. Bob and his crew are really good people, they are truly about their business and they have the best prices on quality products and services.
