Unprofessional walked in nobody greeted me and kept there heads down until I spoke. I asked them did they have any used tires because I had one blow a block away. An older black male told me "we have some but probably not for your car". The manager I'm assuming an older white male was even worst it's basically like they didn't want to be bothered today. So they are pretty much unwelcoming and they definitely stereo type in my eyes because how would you know if you have a tire for my car or not before I tell you? This is a tire shop right? I had two cars that had recall notices and Eric and his team at service got me in and out. The dealer closer to me had a 3 week wait and seem to not care about having to keep my car for 3 days before they could let me know what was going on. I was referred to the team at Snethkamp in Highland Park and I will only go there in the future even know it’s a 30 min drive. The level of professionalism and care is what others should strive for. They were very concerned with keeping me up to as to when the van would be ready to be picked up. ~Family

They are the best. I said that is for me - they have fixed all my car problems with no problem. Even if I needed my car - they are great and all of them so nice!! ~John

They charge an extra $8 just to send somebody some money thru they western union smh and then they atm machine only gives out $10 bills like wth i will never go there no more to do western union thru them crazy they charge extra just to send money ~LaTonya
