They stink as a banking institution. I withdrew chunk of cash and they asked what for, what do I do for a living, what company do I work for? It's my money! I tried to withdrawal 5 thousand once and they only had 700 dollars. They have plenty of locations, but a lot are just ATMs inside a building. If you try to call to see if it's an actual bank (instead of driving around all day in search of a bank that has money) then the call is sent to a customer service center and you have to enter a bunch of information and navigate menus to FINALLY talk to a person. then tell them the name of a city. That city has 4 locations which one do I want? Well probably the one I called... Or whichever one actually has 5000 dollars... "Oh, sorry no banks are answering the phone. You'll have to call back later"

Doesn't make any sense how the bank in west Joliet is open for indoor banking dispite this pandemic but this one is only open for the drive trough and ATM. The lobby to this location is still closed. If you need to order a replacement card they're telling you to use the Chase mobile app. Seriously?! 😒
