Harris Teller idiots..... So last Wednesday I placed a reed order. 3 reeds. All Legere Signature series sax reeds. I had to have it overnighted for a client. Not cheap but I do that for my clients that are important. The next day I get my order and one of the Reeds is a classic and not a signature series. I called upset because it makes me look stupid to my client that absolutely had to have this reed. They say no problem we're very sorry will send you out a new read immediately but unfortunately you won't get it until Tuesday. Well again I'm not very happy because it's screwed me with my client this weekend but it is what it is. So I get the new order to correct the issue and they send me the wrong size read this time. So now I'm absolutely Furious because I don't make mistakes and I look like a fool... I don't like to make excuses. Excuses are unacceptable. So now I call back absolutely livid and the salesman just give me their typical sales pitch so I'm sorry and will help you best we can attitude. Well I wasn't taking that this morning... Then the salesman says well don't you make mistakes and I said no I don't make mistakes. He goes well you and my wife must be the same then cuz she don't make mistakes ever either and he chuckled. I said look man I don't need you disrespecting your wife to me on the phone. I need you to do your damn job right and I want a refund on everything that you screwed up on. We argued a little bit back and forth over stupid nonsense and he said he'd be happy to code my account appropriately. Like he's putting a Blacklist on me???? LOL so then I call back and talk to the original salesman that screwed up and he says well maybe you should use the computer because we're only humans and make errors and he hung up!!! I'm freaking DONE 😡😡😡😡😡
