Nice place, good food. 1st time the staff was extremely friendly, the 2nd time our waitress wasnt the nicest and seem to take care of the "regulars" before she helped us. Other the. That great choices on the menu cant go wrong.

Franky's is great food and they are usually on point with the fine details. Best beef and sausage combo I've ever had. The pizza is good too. Love the inferno wings and their crispy, flavorful breading. Much to like about this spot.

Beware you will be overcharged 3% if you pay with a credit card. Upon picking up my food I was told the total, after paying with my credit card the paper I had to sign was a different number. They had a checkout fee listed on there that increased my bill over a dollar more than the total I was told it was. I questioned the lady about what this checkout fee was and why was my total hgher than she told me. She said something about changing credit card processors and that was how they did it. I told her this is not normal, you can't tell me a total and charge me more. She replied well I don't know the total until I run it. This is a shady business practice. There are no signs anywhere nor was I told if I paid with a credit card there would be a fee. I told the lady that you should have told me I would of paid with cash. I do not appreciate shady things like this. I used to accept credit card payments with my old business and we all know the vendor eats the processing cost as a part of doing business and if they want to pass it on to the customer they raise their prices 3%. Buy stating a total and charging more it's considered fraud. Our food was good but I cannot condone this sort of business practice. It's shady and deceitful and just not honest. If Frankie's changes it's policy I will ammend my review but until then everyone should know they are robbing people without their knowledge. EDIT: I thought I should edit my review due to the owners response. First off there was no sign at the door or at the counter. I'm including a current image I took today as proof. Also, I was not told anything about a checkout fee when I offered to pay with my credit card. I didn't know about it until I got the receipt to sign, that's when I questioned the Lady because she told me a total and what was on the reciept was higher. Only after I questioned her about it did she say anything. I've never been to a restauraunt where I was told a total and then charged more. After that happened I looked everywhere for a sign at the counter and did not see one. Any business that does this these days typically tells you there will be a extra fee if you pay with a credit card before they charge you. Maybe this is your new policy but not telling people there is a fee and charging one will rub people the wrong way. Like I said next time I go back if you have a sign out or tell me your going to charge me a service fee for using a credit card before I pay I will amend my review. But I'm not a liar and have the front door image as proof. The only signs that are on it are the forms of credit cards you accept. Nowhere is there a sign that mentions a checkout fee.

Very very good. We got the thin crust sausage, mushroom, green pepper. Pizza looked picturesque. I’d like to try pepperoni mushroom next time. I’ll request the pepperoni on top. Edges were were super crispy. Very solid pizza. Will definitely return.

My first few orders were great. Lately the pizza has been hit or miss. This order was definitely a swing and a miss. I hope it’s because they are training new staff or are under staffed, because I’d rather order from Pizza Hut if it’s going to be this bad. Nothing about this pizza was right. Oh well. At least the staff got the cheese pizza right. Lol.

I ordered delivery and unfortunately my cheese ravioli was half way cooked... the container was in the slim bag so everything looked like huge marinara soup... and cheese sticks were just awful, hard as a rock, wasn't able to eat anything.

First time here and all 6 people liked it food was good and portions were big and pretty girl that behind the counter was very nice and helpful for my elderly mom.

They serve the best pizza 🍕 around. My wife and I always order an extra large so that we have leftovers to take home. We love it.

Just ordered rib eye steak sandwich with fries was very disappointing. Steak was 3thinly sliced pieces of meat on overly toasted bread cold fries and warm cole slaw.Also ordered Southwest hamburger which had no flavor cold fries and warm cole slaw. Very disappointing considering they had just opened for the day and was quite expensive for the quality of food.
