It wasn’t ski season, but view is amazing. The grassy slopes & the beautiful Aspens make you feel like you are not in AZ anymore! I definitely want to come back in the winter & experience this beautiful place covered in snow!

I am a wedding photographer and did a wedding up at the ski school/chalet area. Man.. it's beautiful! Gorgeous rolling hills (without snow of course) the views were amazing and the drive...a true experience! I wish I had a driver so I could have been taking in more of the scenery!

Just beautiful, weather is amazing. At around 6:00pm this particular day was 65F Road is very curvy, be careful, watch out for bicycle riders around the curves. There are many places to stop to take photos. Enjoy and be safe - do not litter 😊

Off season for skiing, 2 of the 4 of us took the lift to the top. Nice views at the roadside parking area & a restaurant there also.

The top of the mountain is amazing. The views are spectacular. I can't wait to go back and hopefully do some skiing also.

We did a day trip from Chandler. The drive from Tucson to the summit was spectacular. The crispy air was refreshing. Families with kids were having fun sleighing. Not a whole lot snow left but still enough to enjoy. Look at my son's big snow ball.

This is a little hidden gem if you're looking for skiing/snowboarding in the Tucson area. Although this is probably not suitable for beginner riders since there are random rocks and stumps you may need to avoid. But for the intermediate/advanced rider there is plenty to do. You should also follow the local weather reports since they don't make their own snow.

Highly recommend to go hiking and seeing views for days. We took the ski lift up and then hiked down. The hike down was a bit more intense than we anticipated but wouldn't hesitate to do it again. It took us about an hour to hike down. The views from the peak were breath taking. Definitely worth the $15 ticket.

Fantastic place to hike, very little to see in the town though. One convenience store, a few restaurants, and some cabins for rent. The cabins we saw are very close to each other. There's only one LONG and winding road to get to it, but the drive is beautiful :)

Great place to get away from the heat! We hiked meadows trail. A lovely short hike full of new lush green trees and wildflowers. Amongst the fire ridden terrain there is new life.
